Constant problems with getting my prescriptions filled. Finally decided to have my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy. Called multiple times which I was placed on hold indefinitely!

This place is so unorganized! Everytime you try to get lunch meat no one is working- except in the fried chicken part, and they NEVER come ask the deli side what they need. We even called, and while standing there, they sent a black guy back, he looked around- then just left!! Didn't help, ask, or do anything. The pharmacy is barely open for drive thru, and always has a long line with only ONE person. Do better or close!!!!

Floors are constantly dirty, staff is rude, front end poorly staffed. Find another location and let this one close because of the garbage management.

Had no sign of a limit for purchasing baby formula so I got my full wic benefits and the girl said there was a limit of 6 and the manager gets called. He says there’s a limit of 4.. so which one was it??? Had no sign of limit like I remember they did for Covid. Smfh WHERES THE SIGN! ?

Money service is always closed where you can never pay bills or get money orders especially when this king soopers is the closest in the neighborhood and some employees are rude had employee tell me I was committing a crime for trying to get a money order to keep from being evicted from my home they need to fire all them people and retrain about proper customer service

I had never had a bad experience at Kings Soopers, but this store has the worst staff, they rudely kicked me out of the store just because I was with my emotional support dog, I even showed them my card and the manager of this store didn't care, he didn't care. He told all the cashiers not to receive me to pay for my groceries because I had my dog. I should be supervising the number of people who come in to steal, than treating an honest woman who was going to pay badly and just because she was carrying my dog daughter, this is discrimination. I only saved one cashier who was not going to let me pass because he didn't see anything wrong with him, but they prevented me from passing, they should hire employees with more empathy and, above all, respect for customer service...

It wasn't as busy as it often is around that time of day. The chicken supply was good. I love the quick meals for the family on extra busy days. The side items were available so that's a bonus. The self checkout registers were quick except for a review of my hand motion. An associate had to come over and review and clear it. I guess I was moving too fast at the end. That cost me a few minutes as I waited. Other than that, it was all good.

I have been waiting for 20 minutes to grab something, but the one who had the key was on her/ his endless break! When I went to ask other employees for help, they said I have to wait 10 minutes more!
Some of the employees are so rude and think that they are the owner of the store!
