The checkout lines are 15 to 20 people long every time I go in.

The chicken thighs I got from the deli were cold and small. The lady who has worked there for a few years acts like anyone who is getting something is bothering her, and she's very rude. Maybe she should work at night with the stockers so she's not bothered by anyone. I even once saw another employee get upset with her, and the woman that was upset cried. What does that say about that lady. Loyal or not, she has zero customers skills and shouldn't be dealing with anyone employee's included.

Horrible managment. After the doors open, the aisles are filled with boxes, trolleys, and stockers. Every store I've been to is finished stocking by opening. These aisles stay crowded with boxes until about 9am. I've personally seen a manager reprimanding employees in front of customers in a VERY unprofessional manner. Until management gets overhauled, I'll shop somewhere else.

Parking lot appears to be at a premium (might have to walk a bit lol). Otherwise perfectly fine 04/2024.

We've been shopping at this store for nearly 20 years now and for the first time ever I had to check out myself with a full basket of weekly groceries. It was inconvenient, awkward and the system balked several times requiring help from one of the staff, delaying and prolonging the procedure. If I had not received prompt help from Damita, our long-time friend and cashier, I would have had great difficulty finishing. I wonder when, if we frequent the deli section, we'll be handed a set of gloves and an apron and told "you can pick out the chicken you'd like from the fryer, tray and wrap it yourself and then check it out yourself". When you hear the phrases, "for your convenience" or "in order to serve you better" from a corporate entity, you know that whatever follows will not be either convenient or better, and in this case, far worse. I urge a return to the cashier/customer interaction system, even though current generations, being basically antisocial would rather not deal with a living person, because there are still many shoppers who like and appreciate their regular years-long cashiers who know their families, greet each customer with good cheer and help with bagging, coupons, etc. Mark me as VERY displeased with this new way of doing business (badly).

One of the very best of the brand. They have an extensive collection of gluten free, ethnic, and natural foods. My groceries were shopped and delivered today by Jeromy. He was polite, professional,, helpful and pleasant. Very good service.

Deli department is a joke. No one ever pays attention to people waiting. I waited over 30 minutes. Does this department have a manager? If so not doing his job. People standing around talking. What a joke this department is.

Never enough cashiers. Self-check out line snakes half-way to the back of the store.

Consistently the worst service at the deli. Bumbling idiot old ladies that don't want to work there should be fired.

It's unacceptable for a big grocery store like King Soopers to be overcharging its customers, but it has happened the last two times I have shopped, once in Greeley and once in Fort Collins. What's worse is that the customer service person in Greeley assumed incorrectly that I was mistaken. And now they want to take over the Safeway and Albertsons stores?!

It was the morning 'rush' and I was trying to simply trying to do a quick cash drop, and leave. My first time at a king soopers, and being unfamiliar with the store layout, I unknowingly entered through the customer service line through the exit instead of the entry way, and the customer service rep, Bryan M. Greeted me with a rude attitude and a rude remark instead of simply notifying me I was entering through the exit because he was busy gossiping with his male coworkers. And after giving me a slick remark about my mistake, he didn't even say anything else to me and put my cash on the counter and walked away. I feel like workers like Bryan M bring down the atmosphere and friendly environment that king soopers should uphold. Never again
