My go to grocery store! It's clean, well stocked and organized. My favorite parts: the amazing techs in the pharmacy- especially Dena and Amanda. And ALEX! He's so kind and helpful. He's a great person just to be around. He's always looking for ways to help. He goes out of his way to make you feel important

I called the pharmacy to refill a prescription a week ago, Wednesday. The robot said they had to call my doctor. I went in on Sunday, they had nothing. Why hadn't they called me to say there was a problem? I messaged my doctor Monday morning, he said he sent it again to the correct pharmacy then. (He may have screwed up the first time, IDK.) I went in Wednesday afternoon, after having run out of the drug, and they had nothing. This time, they said insurance had rejected because it was already filled elsewhere. Again, they didn't call me two days earlier to say there was a problem, just hung me out to dry. Offered no help, said I had to call my doc or insurance co. Instead I called Walmart eighty miles away b/c I figured that was the place, and their pharmacist was extremely helpful, called KS to say WM had canceled the order and called me back to report. Then KS called and said they'd have it in half an hour. Another trip. Why didn't they just call while I was there? Again, not helpful.

For the most part this pharmacy really is great.. but one of the staff members here particularly is really obnoxious.

I just had an incredible experience at the King Soopers on Monaco and Leetsdale, with the manager, a fellow named Carlos. I'm hoping that the 1 lonely star that I gave this visit will let you know how much fun I just had. I shop at this grocery store multiple times per week, and have for probably over 30 years and I've never had a 1 star experience. Typically, they treat customers like they are valued, but not this fellow. He has never read even a paragraph on customer service. I think that he read a book by mistake on how to alienate long time customers so his job is made easier with fewer customers. The only reason that I didn't give it less, is that there is no way to give it no stars.

Much better pharmacy experience than any others in this area. Plus Amanda is an amazing pharmacy tech and makes it so quick (five stars for her!!!!)

After doing $300 in grocery shopping I needed $40 in quarters from customer service and was very rudely told that king Soopers will not sell coins. I asked if maybe I could get $10 in quarters and one of the registers offered it to me, but was reprimanded by the manager. I don't get it. What's the problem and selling quarters? This particular King Soopers has lost my business as long as my memory will hold. But the girl at the laundromat that was in line next to me will have my loyalty even as I don't need to have laundry done. She did sell me $40 in quarters at her laundromat just across the parking lot.

Do NOT purchase gift cards here. I bought $100 Amazon card and by the time I tried to redeem it it had been electronically stolen. This is a national scam, recently reported by Denver7.

This is by far the worst King Soopers. It's a s#¡t#0£e !! Filthy, horrible vibes. This is the dystopian future you were warned about. I walked out of the store because the service at the deli counter was so bad. I can't believe that people patronize this location. I'm not going to write a novel. If you've been here you know I mean. This store is example #1 why you should write your congressman and council members to voice your opposition the the Kroger / Safeway Albertsons merger. Allowing a food monopoly will mean that you will pay even more and get even less.

I called through the phone and there was a really slow woman and guys who both had and attitude I am I asthmatic person with covid they told me that I would have to call another store to transfer my medicine closer I'm highly disappointed in the staff who hired them .
