The female pharmacist is nice and very knowledgeable. However the male pharmacist was not helpful at all. The staff there also has no idea what’s going on and often tells me my prescriptions are ready when they’re not or they fill the wrong prescription. Cannot recommend this place unless it’s your only option

Pharmacy techs are rude and dismissive. Except Vicky, she is very polite and helpful. Switched to another pharmacy because this one has zero customer service. It's their way or the highway. Saved almost $60 per prescription because of the way they insisted on filling it. Even after talking to my doctor to clarify, they still tried overcharging me.

I have been going to this pharmacy for at least 10 years. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and wonderful customer service. The staff have always been kind, compassionate and helpful. They are very intelligent and have always been there if I have any questions. I would like to extend a special thank you to the pharmacy manager, who has been there for all of us needing to receive our medication. He has done a wonderful job keeping the pharmacy open all by himself, during the unfortunate strike. Thanks Again,Artie Callahan

Bobby the technician I believe and the headpharmacist are absolutely amazing and have looked out for me and filled scripts on last second notice and have shown patience with me even though I've shown up right at closing time. Which is what I did today also they filled one of my scripts with only an hour or two heads up when the automated phone system said it wouldn't be ready till tomorrow in the evening so it was very much appreciated.Out of all the pharmacies in the area and honestly in Colorado now that I'm thinking about it this is definitely the best one I can think of, taking into consideration though that none of them are very easy to deal with I believe mostly to do with laws and irate customers that they have to deal with day in and day out.So once again I cannot express enough how much I appreciate Bobby and the actual pharmacist (I sadly forget her name but will update when I get it/have time/remember)They are doing a great job though I even saw them handle a customer before me today who is being extremely obnoxious but they held their composure and did their jobs well which sadly you don't see very often with pharmacist in this day and age but is obviously of the utmost importance when taking into consideration the fact that they are giving people medications that can keep people alive but can also lead to death and just affect people's general health and well-being mentally and physically.If you guys are reading this, I genuinely and sincerely appreciate all that you do.

King Soopers should be investigated for price gouging during the pandemic. Charging me double my copay for my Insulin. No shortages or anything they just want to make their cut off the crisis. Now i Have to go without insulin for forty days because they are GREEDY I guess, They won't get any more of my business. this is as unethical as it gets. Who can I report them to, anybody know? Colorado Attorney General's Office here I come.

I would have to say this is the worst store I've ever gone to. It is six blocks from my house and unfortunately have to go there on the occasion if I don't want to go to Wadsworth & Jewell or Hamden & Sheridan. This store is in horrible condition, obviously you can see this is an older store being #007, but come on, update something and clean... They are always out of items I need so I try to always go somewhere else.
