How are you not going to have a restroom for a paying customer. If someone is shopping for an hour or more and they have a child it doesn't make any sense for them to not allow us to use the restroom now I have to drive around and try to find a gas station at near 10:53 because they don't offer public restrooms.

All the people here are really nice and lovely. 5 stars for them.
And two stars for this location - there's only ever one line open at the checkout and it took me a full 8 minutes to do self-checkout because of the overly sensitive theft-prevention measures King Soopers/Kroger have in place. And I walked in the store to an employee harassing an old man over something small. I don't go to the grocery store to be or watch others be criminalized over food purchases. It's convenient to go to this location, but I'll be going to Safeway instead.

This Kings Soopers is TRASH. Their manager, DANA. Doesn't know how handle situations with customers. She's rude, and neglects responsibility when it comes to being a manager. Another customer yelled in my ear, and instead of asking what was wrong Dana told me "OH YOURE LEAVING YOURE FINE" and didn't say anything to the other customer. Their food is always passed date, fruit goes bad the day you buy it. The flowers on MOTHERS DAY WERE WILTED. Not surprised this was my encounter here,
this king soopers is the GHETTOEST one yet! Shut IT DOWN. & fire dana, she can't handle stress.

Overall well stocked,cleaned and service is fast and efficient wish customer bathrooms was a thing other than that great experience always

Abby at the pharmacy is amazing! She listened to my concerns and found a mistake in my prescription. I got it corrected only because she cared enough to really listen and look into my concerns. I appreciate it more than you know. Thanks Abby! I’m guessing on the spelling so I hope that’s correct.

What kind of a public business doesn’t have restrooms for their customers to use? If I lived in this area of town I would drive elsewhere just for my business… tell your “managers” that’s terrible business practice!

No public restroom??? Even for delivery workers that are delivering in the area. When I asked where I could go instead, the worker gave me some incredibly rude attitude for no reason whatsoever. This company is terrible and hires just about anyone, apparently.

Canceled my delivery order with no explanation given. Disgusting behavior. If you can't figure out how to deliver drop off orders without someone being present then go get a new job.
