Garcia (CS head) is one totally unprofessional, arrogant and lazy P.O.S. I hope someone in the upper management will do something to get rid of such people in their crews.

They said my prescription wasn’t in stock for 4 days, then I called when they said it’d be easy, and they still said they didn’t have MY prescription but they said they had it in stock…… she was also extremely condescending and said “okay byeeeee” like a middle school brat.
So I went to get what they had in stock, and MY WHOLE PRESCRIPTION WAS READY?! I thought about asking why they said they didn’t have it in stock, but I was absolutely livid and had nothing nice to say. Unlike them, I try not to be rude.
Would give zero stars if I could.
Unorganized and unprofessional.
I went hungry for FOUR DAYS when they HAD MY PRESCRIPTION IN STOCK!

I’ve been to this Kings multiple times. Normally, spending a few hundred each visit (which lately equates to three bags of groceries). Self-Checkout - Sheridina has some of the worst attitude I’ve dealt with. Normally, I don’t go in her lanes as I’ve heard her speak to people when she was at the register before, but I let it go as it wasn’t my business and today she was working self-checkout. I understand retail and worked it for a while so I get that some customers are horrible. This time I got my share of her. She berated me right from the start in regards to sitting my bags in the area, through the entire process of scanning items, telling me I am not faster than cashiers, that really I should have gone through a cashier. She knew she had me upset so she asked me about the weather. I politely responded as maybe she was having a bad day and I finished scanning. I had a half cart of items and my two bags. Half my cart was cans of soda. The other half once I started scanning went quickly. It’s not my first time. I prefer self checkout as I don’t like people touching my items or small talk after a long day of dealing with people. I don’t ever ask for any help and always tend to be self-sufficient unless their machine is having issues. The machine was fine today. So, She told me I wasn’t faster than the cashiers there once I finished. I let her know my friends were still in line so clearly I know how to scan effectively and fast and must be faster than her lines today. She then started letting me know she worked both types of registers and they are faster and kept telling me I was wrong. That I needed to look at the lines. I did, as my friends were in two of them not finished yet. I also saw how she spoke to the woman behind me and the male across from me. Same kind of belittlement. Being at the cash registers might not be her gig, or they need to check in with her to see if that attitude is from their internal issues going on. Either way, just go to Safeway across the street. Lesson learned!

Probably the worst store I've ever been to. Manager doesn't care. Hurts employees and customers.

This has been one of my favorite Kings, for nearly 20 years. The staff in every department are great! The management and corporate rules, I don’t always agree with but the staff go out of their way to make things right.
This is NOT a good store to shop in, I blame corporate and management for that. Curbside pick up is pretty good and delivery is fantastic.

These guys used to be really good about pick-up orders. On time. Hardly any substitutes. And then they started delaying and straight up canceling orders. Time to move on.

While I was there, I heard the front end manager, Kayla, screaming racial slurs at a Venezualan man trying to wash windows in the parking lot.
Incredibly unprofessional. Have the police called rather than going out there yelling a rant against migrants.

Usually a reliable Kings with awesome long-term staff who clearly do quality work. Today's checker, however, was "so tired" that she was too tired to be polite. Blatantly rolling eyes when I requested cash back from the debit card transaction. I felt so offended that I told her I noticed, I asked her is it that big of a pain to produce cash, for you to roll your eyes? Just tired, she said, so tired. She gives Kroger and especially UFCW a bad name.

Not a great King Soopers. They seem to place no importance on keeping sale signs updated, so one of two things will happen: a) you get an unexpected discount once you get up to the register, or b) you think you're getting a sale price but you're really not, because the sale ended weeks ago and nobody could be bothered to pull the sale tags. This is the more common occurrence. You can see in this pic I took today that the sale ended on 3/5. But they're still advertising it today on 3/21. This kind of thing happens *constantly* at this store.
EDIT 4/8: never got any response to this. apparently neither the store manager or anyone above thinks that providing customers with the correct prices is important. maybe there are not even any systems in place to put up and pull down sales tags at the proper times, who knows. there seems to be more emphasis placed on policing the store and chasing off riff raff honestly ?
changing rating to one star.

With tiresome consistancy I catch them charging higher prices at the checkout than are marked on the shelves, when this is pointed out to the over paid union employees, they become annoyed at having their conversations interupted. How has no one filed a class action lawsuit against these thieves? This is, of course, after having to navigate through the stockers who act like they want to fight me for being a customer or intruding on their conversations to get something from an aisle.

I spend a ton of money on groceries for my family, and recently moved close to this location. Every time I come here the people are extremely rude, there’s always some kind of chaos happening with drug addicts for criminals, but the biggest issue is how unprofessional and arrogant the employees at this location are., but today was my final straw, I had an issue at this location today, and over the majority of rude employees. We will not come beck here, and will suggest others avoid this as well.
