I give him 10 star because they are nice people and they have 5 to 6 truck overnight parking my dear trucker fellow if you want to deliver load for 55 tejon st address don’t use exit 208 everywhere you will see no trucks sign so you have to take exit 209b from I-25 South after that take first exit for CO 88 and federal Blvd then make a left on federal Blvd after another left on W2nd Ave go all the way down to the street it becomes a Tejon St then you see a big sign for Interstate warehouse on your right hand side enter there then make a left go to door 39 make a u turn in front of door 39 and park there get a sleep they open 4:30 am and they come to your truck and knock your door and my appointment at 4:45 am and I am empty 5 am they charge lumper you can pay with your card or Comchek either one best of luck my trucker fellow I hope so it will help my all trucker brother who gonna deliver there for first time

Very disorganized, do not have restrooms for drivers only have porta potties and they are NASTY. They also have drivers filling out there paperwork outside in 5 degree weather. Ridiculous! If you can avoid this place do so. I don’t see how they have so many stars.

I called today and the person that answered the phone was very rude and not helpful at all I needed help with something important to me ! I needed help with a HR issue I’m retired it was uncalled for wow !

Thumbs down to King Soopers for not carrying extra large cans of crushed tomatoes or extra large tubs of Ricotta cheese in northern Colorado. I use this (along with many other Italians in the area) to make lasagne, yet you carry extra large cans of hominy, jalapeños , and chili beans for Latin American cooking. Disappointed.

A while back, I came in for cigarettes. I did some shopping also. The woman at the service desk is stupid and lazy. She told me that there weren't my brand of cigarettes. I parked my cart of groceries and walked to the fuel desk for cigarettes. I was informed that there is cigarettes at the service desk. I registered a complaint about this stupid lazy person. Today, veterans day, I went to the store. There were people collecting money for veterans. I left $3 for the boys. Then I came back and left$100 at the east entrance, then I left $100 at the west entrance. After doing my shopping, I wanted to buy 5 $20 gift cards for the veterans collecting money. I got stuck with the same Stupid lazy person as last time. She was taking her time, and even asked someone else to finish for her because she wanted a break. This person doesn't deserve a job!

I bought meat a few days ago was well before my expiration date to open it and find it had a nasty foul smell. I threw it away, took pictures and kept the tags on the meat. Attempted to go back and let customer service know my dilemma only to be met with horrible attitudes, nasty looks, and no resolving of my issue. I will never shop at this location again.

I arrived at 3 am for a 10:30 am appointment. When the gentleman came out at 3:30 am asking for paperwork I handed him mine and he said to go and park and wait by the entrance of their facility. They called me at 6:30 am and got me unloaded by 8 am. I sent them the lumper fee through their app. They came out and gave me my papers. They do have some overnight parking. Just make sure you arrive early if u need to park before your appointment.

Docked immediately, nice staff. Unloaded pretty quickly too. No parking and not really any parking around it. Saw a few trucks on a side street. Beware truck route signs in the area!!

I tried to get through to human resources the first time I called I was able to get through the second time Was a whole different story the lady was rude and talked over me accused me of talking over to her while she didn't listen to anything I said... Care about my problem at all... The first time I called I got a number and request for someone to call but it took them over a week... That person was supposed to ask one of their employees to call them... That's been almost 2 weeks... Great bunch of people huh

unreal experience. i purchased some boars head deli sliced chicken on thursday evening from the deli counter that wasn’t opened until yesterday morning. i made a sandwich, took a few bits and realized how bad it was and spit the rest out and threw it in the trash. within hours i was in the worst food poisoning situation i’ve ever been in before. upon checking for good measure, i realized there was no sell by, good by, or any other date on the packaging barcode besides date purchased. with how lazy the staffing is at this specific kings soopers location, it was pretty on brand for what happened and how. who knows how long this chicken had been already sitting in their deli counter like this, possibly infecting other people and other meats. absolute zero concern for the people. this morning i called corporate and was met with a woman who really had no answers or any means to help at all. i asked what the legality of one of their locations selling packaged meat without the eat or sell by date and her response was “you need to call the store or go to the hospital, im not sure why you’re bringing this to me, im the only one here everyone is gone this week”. she put me on hold and called the store herself and when she took me off hold she said the manager was waiting for me to call. i called the store to explain what was going on and the first person to pick up the phone said the manager was in the building but not taking any calls until 12:30 pm. it was 8 am and i was more sick than i’ve ever been. once i said something about food poisoning he got right on the phone. when i explained the situation, all he asked me was for my name, phone number and date of birth. he said if it gets escalated then someone would be in touch. i thought escalated by who? im escalating it right now as i speak to you. there was no answer, no help, it’s been five hours since then and no one has reached out. he didn’t even ask me what product this was about. i’ve seen some employees go above and beyond sometimes but 90% of the time it’s some entitled teenager on their phone not realizing for a few minutes that someone is in front of them trying to buy something. or no one is there at all and you have to flag someone down to get attitude thrown towards you. extremely disappointed with all of this. some of these careless employees can potentially kill someone and there is no care at all. i usually frequent king soopers and now i don’t think i’ll be a customer there any longer. on hour 28 of this food poisoning and not being able to sleep and i’ve never felt worse in my life just to get attitude from two people who could ultimately care less. the picture is exactly what i purchased with no alteration whatsoever. how can you sell something at a grocery store without a sell by date, especially something like this?
