Love King Soopers! Never had any problems there and always find what I'm looking for. The employees are always polite and helpful. Always my family's go to for all our groceries.

I’m getting really fed up with this store, which I have been coming to regularly for two years. My issue is not with the staff or produce, both of which are great, but with the excessive security measures. The armed guards sometimes wear black face masks and combat attire - although they are nice guys it’s a bit menacing. The self checkout machines constantly (I mean constantly) lock up thinking you’ve stolen something, and it can take forever to get assistance. The scales constantly trip even when you’ve done everything correctly, and the security cameras watch what you put in the bags, accusing you of stealing your jalapeños even when you’ve just weighed them and it’s told you to put them in the bag. If you don’t want to use self checkout you’ll find yourself waiting in a massive line for one of the two open normal registers, which flow out into the isles blocking traffic. Then when you finally checkout and leave, your cart’s wheels lockup as soon as you exit the first doors. You then cannot take your cart with you to the car, and locked-up carts litter the entryway.
Shop here if you enjoy the Orwellian nightmare of modern commerce.

Ronnie forced me to the back of the longest line and started helping other customers because I had to many items for him or some other reason.

Employees are friendly, selection is ok, but they keep the vegan products in with the meat. It is absolutely disgusting and unsanitary.

Great grocery store in Cap Hill. It's my family's preferred store.

Pharmacy is terrible. They made me wait three hours for my meds and made me feel like everything was my fault, I left the store in tears. Fortunately the management noticed I was distressed before I left and immediately ran in to help, I’m grateful they cared. I really hope the pharmacy gets an overhaul.

BE WARNED. On most occasions when something says it is on sale, they do not have it in the system and it is full price at check out. If I’m not very aware of every sale item I pick out and the price I’m being charged full price for that item. I’ve had to ask an attendant to change things multiple times or I leave items behind. Just left the store with 5$ strawberries that were market on sale for 1.99$. I did not notice this until getting home. I should not have to be intensely watching prices as I scan. Especially because the sale doesn’t show up until you press pay. THAT IS SCAMY BEHAVIOR. Not pleased. This grocery is amazing as a grocery always stocked and has great options. Attendants are always helpful. It’s not the people it’s the system.

It seemed a little different than what I am accustomed to in NC, but I was able to find everything I was looking for. I only grabbed a handful of items so I can't speak to how the aisles were stocked or the selection. I did pass by a well stocked cheese shop. I was also able to find blueberries which is what I really wanted. They had regular stock as well as an organic stock. Checkout was quick because there were not really any lines at the time of my visit. If you don't bring your own bag, they do have some, but you have to pay. This is a little different from most stores in NC but I did expect it.

Out of a a lot of things and then wrong items placed in the empty shelf, looking like they were not out of the item... trickery I'd say.
