Apparently this store makes their own rules about returns and won’t accept returns with a receipt from 4 days ago if it was not bought at this location. Should probably familiarize themselves with their own corporate policies. Was literally sent away with a return to “go where I bought it” while hauling around my 5 week old. This location sucks

The woman that handles day shift self check out with long hair is obnoxious and apparently doesnt want a job. If no one shops there due to her arrogance and impolitieness. You will have no business. This is not her first review and im not her first time for being accosted. This woman needs to do something else. She harrasses your shoppers. I witnessed her standing over someone while checking out and being rude to.the person another older lady. I wont be shopping in this location due to this person. The other reviews fit her descrption. She is toxic

The parking lot of this store is very small and you cannot park there at all and there is a possibility of an accident there

This King Soopers is very run down and small compared to the others around. They also never have plastic or paper bags anymore. So good luck if you forget your bags at home. I only go here to pick up random things in a pinch or sale items now as this place is not worth the hassle. The store seems very understaffed and mismanaged.

Dear Store Management, Store Employees and On- Site Uniformed Security: Instead of trying to figure out whether or not I can afford to check out and/or how I'm paying for my groceries, you may want to pay more attention to your produce section and the foraging going on there by the illegal immigrants who have become a familiar sight in and around your store location.

A kind employee named Nova restored my faith in humanity. I accidentally placed the prescription I picked up before grocery shopping in the bagging area. While he was resetting the system he asked me how my day was going so far (genuinely) and then said hello to a customer whose name he knew. I’m 33 but felt like a 10 year old picking up milk for my mom in the friendly small town I grew up in. Give Nova a raise or make him a manager immediately.

Love this place.....huge selection of low prices and employees have pretty nice attitudes. Be careful to lock doors and roll up Windows.

Elena/Illena at self-checkout at noon today was beyond amazing. I was 92 cents short and incredibly embarrassed when she came over and gave me a dollar of her 9own money. She had no reason to do so other than being kind. I was having a horrible day and not only did she make me smile, she ensured I would have something to eat. I hope someone reads this in management because she deserves to be recognized for being a phenomenal employee and person. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, thank you.

The lady in the self check out was speaking to her consumers in a really aggressive and unnecessary
manner and demanded I go stand in line with a cashier. The way she spoke to me was crazy. I could have been asked in a professional manner. Which she did NOT even try. Customer service is no longer in existence here. The manager was telling her that her actions were justified when I left. . Insane how rude she was seriously and it was excused by her manager.
Do better.
