I've been using this pharmacy for about a year. It's super close to my house and although they're not the best, I've never had a really bad experience, until today that is! I typically take care of my prescription needs on a very specific day of the wk as I work 10 hr shifts, making it almost impossible to come any other day. My Dr had been sick and wasn't able to send my Rx in on my usual day but I made the stop after my long day of work getting to the pharmacy drive throu at about 7:30. The tech tells me they received it that afternoon, but for whatever reason, didn't have it ready. She says it can be ready in 20 min. Fine. I needed to use the restroom after my long commute home from work. I requested to have someone let me in to use the bathroom but was told they no longer had a public restroom due to too many people overdosing in their bathrooms!!! So I went across the street to WM, used the bathroom and went back. I watched them put the sign up that the drive thru is closed as I'm pulling up, so I park, run inside and I see the Tech AND pharmacist walking out. I asked them if it was too late for me to get my Rx and the tech tells me, sorry, we're closed. It was not even 8:00pm, which it the time they are advertised to be open until!!. The tech new I was going to wait for then to get my Rx ready. They didn't even call/text to say it was ready before they left. It's so sad to see what customer service has come to these days!

The stuff very helpful and kind, and they help and explain information about the medication, patiently, I get all my medications from this pharmacy since the last 9 years.

Come to this pharmacy if you want to be told your prescription will be ready for pickup in an hour, but by the time you get there they’d given it to someone else!Then, when you question how such a thing might happen, instead of hearing an apology for a mixup, or being given next steps, the lady behind the counter stares at you, puzzled, like roadkill that she just can’t quite identify.Anyway, go here if you want that. but i don’t, so i won’t be going there anymore.

The staff where vary rude would not help me or explain why they wouldn't told me to come back in 30 minutes noing they would be closed needles to say I wasn't able to get the medicine I needed till the next day VARY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

I walked in to hand my paper prescriptions in. Very polite Staff! Explained everything up front. I walked thru the store and it was ready in 15 minutes, early too! This was a blessing to me since I had just left the ER.Pharmacist explained and took the time to look up specific information and I appreciated that to the fullest! My new pharmacy for sure!

Swapped from Walgreens to King Soopers because I was having too many issues with their pharmacy. Turns out King Soopers is NOT any better. Expect to sit and wait without acknowledgement. Came to get my script this morning and saw at least 3 people inside walking around. Pushed the call button 3 times. Then finally knocked on the window and got shhhh'd. This place is a joke. Waited for 15 min and ended up leaving. I don't understand why it's so hard to send one of 3 employees to work the drive thru. If you can't managed the concept of having a quick pick up then why even have the drive thru to begin with. Get it together.

Look. They try.I don't believe other reviewers are exaggerating on prolonged wait times, poor communication, and conflicting info. I've had a "mixed bag" of experiences here, from the drive-up window not being attended to during working hours, to prescriptions delayed over 24hrs, to failed insurance claims.It's clear the staff here are either overworked, poorly managed, or incompetent. I prefer to lean toward the former.KS- get some more staff in this pharmacy. A single pharmacist and pharmacy assistant cannot handle an in-store line of 20 people and a drive-thru line of 6 cars during the busy hours. There should be no less than 3 workers here at any given time given the number of prescriptions that are currently filled late. Even when there aren't customers, there are always prescriptions coming in and insurance paperwork to fill out.

Wish they had a rating for -0. I gave my prescription to employee at 2p.m. and they said it would take a couple of hours and be ready at 4p.m. So I waited and checked in at 4 only to hear they didn't have me listed in the 'system'. I told them i turned in the paperwork at 2 and they told me to come back at 4. It obviously wasn't ready and they said give them 10 minutes. 45 minutes go by while I watch and listen to the five employees there talk about what they had for lunch and what they're going to have for dinner.The long wait was supposedly due to all the booster vaccination appointments coming in. I saw 6 people come in and get their shots all of which took 2 minutes apiece literally. The whole time I'm sitting there sicker than ever and didn't get acknowleged again until I started retching and almost passing out. I mean, how long does it take to put a few pills in a bottle? Then they said they didn't have enough and I only got part of my script and to come back some other time. For what? To waste the whole day being ignored? It was obvious I was in a lot of pain but all the healthy people who came in were waited on right away. I'll never go there again. Their 5 clerks equaled not even half of a good one. Here's a kiss for them....

This pharmacy is terrible. They have issues ensuring everything is run through insurance and/or Kroger Rx Savings Club. They send out notifications saying meds are filled when they haven't been - and then denying that said texts were sent out even though I had direct proof literally in my hand, and the service is generally terrible. I was going here out of convenience since it is close to my house, but I will be looking into other supplemental insurance plans at properly staffed pharmacies.

This is the closest pharmacy to me but I will never go there again. I called twice to check on my prescription and was on hold for almost 15 minutes each time. They told me my prescription would be ready by 2pm, I went at 5pm and it was still not ready. They told me to wait another hour for it, then they called me and said the drug was not in stock. So much wasted time!

Worst pharmacy ever! Waited in drive through for over 35 min. There was 3 cars ahead of me The other 2 left after 10 min and I’m stuck with the one in front for 25 min! I’m sorry they need to figure out a different system never have I ever waited that long to pick up a prescription.
