I've been using the pharmacy at Bear Valley King Soopers for many years now and have been consistently impressed with their excellent knowledge, customer service, and willingness to "go the extra mile." Pharmacy manager, Stephanie, has gone above and beyond for me on several occasions. This kind of personal interest and care is so rare these days. She deserves super recognition. I've also been aided by another of their staff, her name is Gray, or Grey - not sure of the correct spelling. She also has shown special interest and willingness to meet the occasion, whatever it may be. I recently changed my mail order scrips tothe Bear Valley King Soopers pharmacy because I feel that theyare the best available. Please keep up the good work - you're allvery much appreciated

This King Soopers Pharmacy team is by far the best! Pharmacist Stephanie recently went above and beyond on a Sunday right before closing to help me obtain a prescription.

In the past 5 years I have changed pharmacies several times due to service. This pharmacy is by far the best pharmacy for service by the staff, timely refills. Sometimes you have to wait in line, (not for long periods). They pick up the phone! They are committed to their customers!

Due to national shortages in certain Rx's, I am forced to call every King Soopers pharmacy within a 10-mile radius of my house to check on availability before attempting to fill the script. The pharmacy tech (whoever answers the phone here) told me they have no way to check the availability of scripts in other KS pharmacies. So I called the KS pharmacy on Kipling and Belleview, spoke to a lovely and HELPFUL lady, and she immediately checked her system and told me the availability of my Rx in at least 5 other KS pharmacies. So, to the entire staff of the Bear Valley KS Pharmacy, your customer service needs a brake-check immediately. This place is unhelpful, inconsistent, and most likely just too lazy or incompetent to help out a customer who has already been massively inconvenienced by the national shortage. My meds make my life livable and productive. Thanks for nothing.

I recently was in the Bear Valley King Soopers shopping. Do my surprise when I needed to use the Restroom, There were no paper towels no hand sanitizer no hand soap... I finished my shopping went up to the cashier let her know that there were no paper towels hand soap or hand sanitizer in the men's bathroom 4 PM in the afternoon.... I stopped in the bare Valley king supers at 8 AM the next morning to grab a couple donuts before I went to work, Went to use the restroom to my surprise there was still no paper towels no hand soap no hand sanitizer.... I am very curious how the folks who worked in that store from 4 PM one night till 8 AM the next morning washed their hands??????? I guess from here on out if I intend on shopping at the bare Valley king troopers I will have to sanitize my food before I bring it into my home....

This king Soopers is great. It's always clean and well stocked. And all the workers have been so kind and helpful when I'm looking for something. They all usually have a pleasant conversation with me in line scanning my items and it's a positive experience every time. I'm so grateful to have one very close to where I live. I highly recommend king Soopers !

I called in to ask if they had motion sickness medicine and was treated very rudely by a guy who didn't understand my question. Without warning he transferred me to a woman who asked what I needed. I told her and she acted like she also had never heard of motion sickness medicine. I politely told her the brand name and that Google said they carried it but they were out of stock at other locations. She hung up on me suddenly. I called back twice and no one answered. Terrible customer service.

I don't know what to say. People are inconsiderate and employees don't paying much attention either. See the picture it speaks for itself...

My grandmother went in on my behalf as I had to work and the lady and gentleman there gave her the best help she could have asked for. Thanks so much!

We came here every week to pickup groceries. Would order ahead. Staff were very respectful and realistic about Pandemic Changes. Thanks Sue!! Lots of great stuff in store, too but This service changed how we shopped.

I'm pretty neutral on this store. I generally avoid it as it's just too large and busy. They rarely have enough courtesy clerks so I bag my own groceries more often than not. I despise the homeless problem they allow regularly get hit in for cash in the parking lot by filthy characters. Further exacerbating the problem, this King Soopers puts out a "homeless" box of free stuff. Their are pan handlers at both entrances/exits to the parking lot and I makes me uncomfortable. I also dislike the little bs ten cent per bag fee Denver instituted. It's d*** and changes nothing. I prefer the smaller King Soopers on Wadsworth and Jewel.

If I could give this pharmacy no stars I would. Every time I call for simple help, I am always treated with disrespect and impatience. It’s beneath you guys, you’re a professional business for gods sake. I know we all are stressed and busy but at the end of the day the customer is right, and I do not come to this pharmacy to be treated this way. Get employees who can actually handle their job well please.

Apparently someone decided to troll me by spelling my middle name wrong and entering that I was "male" in the system - which caused issues with my insurance and work accepting my proof of vaccination as a gov employee. Not funny.

So a week ago on Aug 23rd or the 25th I can't remember. But my husband had called me at work because he heard an inappropriate and disturbing conversation between the security guard working the night shift and an employee. They were discussing how George Floyd was a rapist and other disgusting comments like that. But just this morning Aug 30th i got a call from about the incident. I believe it was corporate who called from Cincinnati. But i was asleep when the lady called so I left out one important piece; that they were gossiping about the dead and being racist. I told the lady that i couldn't tell her the description of the two.. but i just hope she makes it awake to that specific king soopers that its not appropriate to talk about that stuff at work or at all.
