Quite literally the rudest customer service I have ever experienced. I feel like they have a genuine distaste for the public it’s that bad. Will never use this pharmacy again.

Called to ask a question about generics since I get really sick on them. The rep was painfully rude about it. Like, why on earth do people think it's okay to speak to a stranger like they are stupid!? - oh, by the way, she also preceded to cancel my prescription without notice and then refused to fill it. Like, what????

They always have our prescriptions ready at the time and day they tell me. Getting any vaccines there is easy and they are very helpful. Great service.

I absolutely love this pharmacy location. My average wait time here is 0 seconds. I am in and out in 2-3 minutes. All technicians and pharmacists are polite and direct. Great job guys! I transferred all prescriptions here.

Suzanne, a tech there is particularly helpful and knowledgeable. She works efficiently to service the many customers. We have ofter observed her to be quite helpful to confused seniors. She always gets us the lowest co-pay by checking both insurers.

Watch out here.My very elderly mother with mobility and transportation issues was given reduced amount (1/2) of pills, given 10 month old medicine without a consult after she asked, "What is this?".Both problems brushed off, she was told on Friday to wait until Monday (Mom showed up diligently at 12:00 noon, person she was told to wait for starts at 2:30pm) when Friday staff could have easily fixed her issue.Extremely unprofessional.

Not the most efficient operation ever but the staff are pleasant, well meaning and helpful. That ought to count for something.

Today marks an entire month without my Rx being filled. After my last conversation with the tech I don’t even think it was ordered. Inconsistent stories about each medication and which one is on back order. Just poor communication and now unable to transfer Rx to another pharmacy

I should give them -4 stars. One for each time they could have prevented me from being without meds but refused just because they felt like it. Whoever said that we aren't giving the pharmacy a chance to adjust to the pandemic LOL last night the actual pharmacist refused to help my wife get my antidepressants because she had a question about our new insurance. He told her that there was a line, they were "closing soon" (aka 20 minutes) and refused to help her. Today they're out of the meds. Honestly I'm surprised that they aren't the reason someone has had a severe mental break yet. Probably are.

Both the pharmacist and the woman behind the service counter were some of the rudest, most sullen people I’ve ever encountered. I left without getting my vaccination and went to Safeway. I will never go back to that King Soopers Pharmacy again. I can’t imagine how they can treat customers with such overt animosity and stay employed.
