This pharmacy is unprofessional, unreliable and inconsistent. Highly recommend to call and follow up as much as you can if anything seems wrong even if they keep hanging up on the caller very rudely.
Called twice to cancel a prescription only to find out they did not actually cancel it despite showing it as cancelled online.
Different staff also provide different and incorrect information from time to time, so definitely double check the info they provided.

I had to raw dog my IUD bc these incompetent pharmacists failed to do their job AGAIN and even after explaining it was their fault and that i had already had to get my doc to redo the script they failed to fill, for no ones fault but their own, they refused to prioritize the filling of my meds despite being the only person in line for the five min i waited to even get their attention. This Disgusting treatment obviously upset me and caused me unnecessary extreme pain for my procedure and when i started to get visibly and verbally upset they immediately called security and had me kicked out without my medication. Absolutely horrifying treatment from medical “professionals” in charge of the health of their customers.

Tried various Walgreens in the area for ten years. Switched to king Soopers a year ago and it’s miles better.

I tried the CVS on the mall but they continually hung up on me during conversations and in person the new little girl pharmacist was sarcastic and rude so I came here. I found the staff to be very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. I don't know what is going on with prescription medications but I take several and the last few months I've had to use 3 different pharmacies because none of them have had all of my meds in stock. This King Soopers has been the best to deal with out of all of them. The wait times can be long but that isn't their fault when they're flooded with orders to fill so I can't hold that against them.

Pharmacist doesn't speak clear enough English to understand and says confusing things, making it necessary to ask for clarification around a dozen times one one phone call.Soopers, like all Oligarchs, cares nothing about you, only your money, and they no longer have to compete because they command and control the markets, in the same unAmerican way as the fascists we fought World Wars over. They don't care that simply doing nothing when there is a problem with their digital-stupidity powered software, causes actual pain and harm to their customers.

The pharmacists will stand there chatting with each other pretending you don’t exist. I couldn’t even drop my prescription off. Went to Safeway instead. They greeted me instantly and let me drop off my prescription. I’m not sure how this pharmacy is still open.

This pharmacy refuses to take Good RX coupons and the people working there are extremely rude. I even called to ask and they said they did accept them so that was a lie. When I called he was also extremely rude saying, "You know we have an automated system so we don't have to answer these types of questions." The guy with a gross beard was working there was smirking at the fact that he was refusing to apply the coupon. Honestly why do you work in healthcare if you don’t care about patient care?

The parking here is super tight, one level garage. There was a considerable (at least 15 min) wait at the deli. There was only one employee actively assisting deli customers while 2 other employees appeared to be preparing food.Despite the parking and deli wait, it's a decent location. The store was pretty clean and well-stocked for Superbowl Sunday with average prices. The cashier and bagger were friendly at checkout. I'm not from the area so the extra cost for bags was unexpected but what can ya do?

This is a great pharmacy in my experiences, very helpful and friendly staff, always clean and never a long wait in person. They were also nice enough to add the King Soopers shopper discount to my order, which helped considerably. Would definitely recommend and continue to go here.
