Garbage. Physically went into the pharmacy right when they opened. Talked to the pharmacist who confirmed they had my meds. My doctor had to resend the prescription which she did 30 minutes later. I call 4 hours later when I’m out of work and he hadnt filled mine + ran out of my meds. Disrespectful.

Kingsoopers (123)on Martin Luther King Blvd. and Havana has the best customer service. Jalyn really help me and was very helpful. Pleasant attitude and smile all the time. The whole crew is helpful and willful to help. Environment is clean I will return.

My doctor sent one of my prescriptions here by mistake, but it’s not too far from where I live so I decided to just pick it up here. It turned out the address listed in the app said it was on E MLK, which it isn’t, which made it pretty hard to find. When I finally got there, there was only one person working at the pharmacy - and this was about 5:30pm on a weekday so there was a huge line. It seems like the whole store in general was severely understaffed. Maybe they should pay employees more and they wouldn’t have that problem.

Visited the pharmacy, and after providing the prescription name, Jasmine mistakenly discussed someone else's prescription, assuming it was mine. She informed me they couldn't fill it, and I should visit another store. Only after this mix-up did she check the birthdate, realizing the error. Due to this, my prescription was canceled and transferred to CVS as I waited. Caution: Be vigilant about HIPAA information at this location and insist on confirming birthdate before going in circles.

I make an extra effort to reside on the western side as per the recommendation of my Doctor's office. They have been instrumental in assisting me with good RX during the period when I lacked health insurance coverage. This exemplary customer service is truly commendable, and I am grateful to Ralph and his exceptional team for their support.

This is the worst pharmacy in all of Denver. I keep forgetting whenever we go to urgent care to have the prescriptions sent somewhere else. They say come back in 30 minutes. I come back later just to give them extra time and they tell me they need even more time. And they are super rude on top of everything.

Ralph is always working hard when I see him. He deserves a raise and maybe hire some more help too, because the lines are long

Ralph has been my pharmacist for the past year now. He is excellent at his job, very professional, and always helped me with any needs. I’d recommend this pharmacy over any others in the area, the entire staff has great customer service.

I’ve never had a prescription ready on time

My doctor calls in a refill, they don't fill it. I call to ask if it's ready, they act like it just arrived and then give themselves an hour or two to fill it. I show up, it's not ready. And by "not ready" I mean I'm told to come back in another hour. And they're rude and unapologetic, so it's really all around bad customer service. Planning to transfer my prescriptions as this is now the 4th time I'm experienced this.

I had the best experience at the pharmacy today. After a frustrating day dealing with trying to get my prescription filled with worker’s comp, while in pain, the pharmacist here went above and beyond to make sure it happened. He made multiple calls and figured it out for me. This pharmacist was the only one working, dealing with customers and filling prescriptions, and he still went the extra mile. The other two pharmacies I went to just told me they couldn’t fill it because they didn’t know how to enter it in the system. Thank you so much!

No matter what you do prescriptions are never ready in time. Kroger/King Soopers is the worst.

As others have stated, the turn around on getting prescriptions filled is TERRIBLE. They basically just give you the run around when your prescription isn't ready. The waiting in line is one thing, but they will literally just tell you come back in an hour and it's not ready. It's absolutely ludicrous. Doesn't matter if they're understaffed, clearly something isn't working, and it's not just the staff. Would leave 0 stars if I could cause it should not take over 3 days to receive the prescription. Other pharmacies have filled in under an hour. Fix the issue because clearly it's a prevalent thing.

They are understaffed, can not answer the phone and can not fill prescriptions in a timely manner. They can not accurately predict when they will have it ready for you either. This is not a one time experience. This is the same experience I’ve had here for the last year. Finally changing to the local Walgreens.
