This place is a complete hoax I purchased a vehicle in December at a ridiculous amount in which I explained to him that's a little high for a car that's valued at three times the amount of what is worth is. He played on my intelligence he persuade me he told me that if I bought the vehicle that he would exchange it out for something better when they got more inventory 3 months later they shut down due to an audit and I was sold off to some credit financial place still have not received the verbally promised repairs and I'm paying $14,000 for a car that's worth $3,000 this is so unfair I have to pay for the car repair and pay twice a month the amount that I will pay for a brand new vehicle I feel like some of the reviews should start a lawsuit as a group or try to help each other find some type of Justice in this chaotic situation I know that them being closed due to the audit means that they were dirty people. I can't be the only one that feels like I've been taking advantage of..

I would give literal - stars if I could, do not ever get a vehicle from here, it will break down and when you take it to them to be fixed it comes back in worse shape, and you have to pay it to be "fixed". I can't believe this place has not been shut down, it's a shame they prey on people in vulnerable situations. My plan is sit in front of this place every weekend to let approaching people there are other options. These are horrible business people.

I just as so many other here have had a horrible experience buying here. Got a Kia Sorento that looked in wonderful shape. I got through their loan process and was all set, got a 6000 dollar car for 11,000. Three months later the head gasket blew. When I called they said it's a used car you take your chances. I then took it to my mechanic, he pulled apart the engine to find that someone has put a head gasket treatment into the oil and antifreeze. He tried to clean it all out but the additive has closed off the galleys the oil runs through. They talk about the 115 point "safety" inspection but obviously it was them who put the additive in so they missed that. I scraped up money to pay it off after my car was in the shop for almost a year so I could dump the full coverage insurance on a car I couldn't drive. Then I was told that I would have my title in 3-4 weeks. That was on November 3. Over a month later not a word. Not to mention they have even reported to the credit bureaus that the note was paid. So my credit report still reflects I have a loan, don't have a title, and the car then had other problems once the engine was put in. Buy from car max, they will help you find financing and they have guarantees on all their cars.

I think I might have the worst horror story with this company. So four months after buying a car with them it blew a head gasket. I asked them how they could help me, and while I have seen other people reviews say they were told to take it to their mechanic I was simply told that is the gamble you take buying a used car. After I said they sold me a lemon they said that only applies to new cars and to take my griping somewhere else. So I took the car to my mechanic and he pulled the heads off and told me there was an additive put in the crankcase and the cooling system to keep the head gasket from going out but obviously those are temporary. Long enough for them to sell the car. So after trying to clean the engine enough to get it working again my mechanic said the galleys were so plugged with gunk I would have to get a new motor. So after having my car at the mechanic for longer than a year paying full coverage insurance and payments on a car I can’t even drive I posted a google review. I was called the next day and they guy said they shouldn’t have treated me that way so he would see what he could do. He called me an hour or so later and I was busy so called him back the next day. He didn’t answer my call or call me back as I left him a message. Then I called to get a payoff so I can just get out from under this nightmare. They told me 8000 which I found out today is 2000 more than it should be because obviously this guys read my review and wanted me to pay for leaving a bad review. I know we all need a car and we at some points of our lives don’t have the best credit. Read the reviews that have a single star like me and they all say the same thing. Bottom line is even a broken watch is right twice a day and that’s why these guys are still in business. Bobbi is the only decent human being that works at Marks Auto Sales, if you have to deal with someone deal with her. The rest of these people are straight up criminals, the typical used car salesmen that say the car was just driven to church and back knowing full well they happen to buy crap cars from auction and instead of fixing things right they give a quick fix to sell it and make it someone else problem. Buy from car max and ask for Exeter financing if you have credit problems. At least they will give you a warranty and they have the money to fix things properly. Avoid Marks Auto Sales at all costs

Mike Miranda was absolutely amazing. He helped me get into a 2013 Chevy Impala with horrible credit and little money down. I couldnt be happier with how quickly and how hard he worked to get me approved when no one else would even give me the time of day. I would recommend Mike and his team to everyone who need a car! Without Mike I dont know how I would have been able to make it back and forth to my new job! Thank you guys so so much!!!
