  Very nice store. Great stock of most everything. Hardly any carts, which is typical of many Joann stores. No hand baskets.

  Insane price hikes. Their prices are much cheaper online. Things that are priced at .99 cents online are 3.99 instore. I saw a price ticket of 19.99 for tape. I thought they must be smoking so I looked closer and saw the 11.99 price tag underneath!
  
  I also did not see the button to call a cashier sitting on the cashier's counter as the line starts from a corner of the store. I thought it strange to ask me "Oh you didn't call for help?" when waiting for a cashier. It's not normal to have to call yall over. The prices are way out of wack in there, I'll stick to the app and its coupons.

  Bought a sewing machine from this store. It’s broken. Was a Christmas gift and they can’t even use it because it’s broken. Instead of doing an exchange they want us to go through singer who is not answering us. Even if they answer us now I’m suppose to have blind faith to send it off and get it fixed?? How long is that going to take? Complete bullshit!

  I’d like to shop at this store but I don’t have a car and it’s out of my way. I tried to call to make sure they have what I need before taking the bus at 4:00 PM on a Friday afternoon. I didn’t even have a chance to speak with an in store rep, the phone tree transferred me straight to a closed customer service line with a recording that said call back later. It’s very telling when a business cares more about profits than providing a working customer service line at 4:00 pm on a weekday in the afternoon

  Was followed and eyeballed by a dude who may have been security? I was shopping just me and my son and was stared at from the moment we walked in. Also dirty looks from super boomers roaming aimlessly. There’s no one here to help find anything, it smells funky and their selection stinks. Went to Michaels across the street. Nice helpful people there and no “weird” sights or smells. Go Michael’s

  Lovely experience overall. I was in need of a delicate, sheer fabric to be used as a upper body drape during meditations. Each employee whom assisted me was so kind,and the fabric suggested was gorgeous.
