If you have a priceless time piece that needs fixing this is the place to go. Marc took incredible care of my Hamilton 4992b which is a family heirloom from WWII. I wouldn't trust this piece with anyone other than Marc. He answered all of my phone calls and got me multiple free estimates. I never worried about a thing because Marc always answered the phone and told me exactly which safe my pocket watch was being kept in. Incredible customer service and the pocket watch ticks perfectly now.

The BEST customer service with a great selection of watches, with very reasonable prices. Also very knowledgeable in watch repair. I've gotten 3 watch batteries replaced here as well on my fossil and G-shocks.

Not very satisfied with my experience here. Brought my pearls from Hawaii into to be set on earring studs. The guy was super unreliable to get a hold of. No one answers the phone or they have trouble finding the order at first. He lost the initial settings he ordered, so he had to order it again which took a while extra week. Not reliable with peoples valuables.The job wasn’t so great, the excess glue he used to adhere the pearls to the setting wasn’t wiped away so you can still see the dried glue. He also upsold me on the particular fasteners/back which were bulky and I hated. Wouldn’t come back.

My fiance was here recently to see about getting a watch band for his new watch. We had stopped by another store which seemed to be more of the fine jewelry side and tried this place. Service was attentive and nice and there were other customers in the shop - always a good sign. They were able to set him up with a leather watch band and he left happy.

My wife and I went here a couple of years ago and they repaired a loose prong on my wife's engagement ring. Can't thank them enough for doing a great job. They've also replaced several watch bands for me.

I had my Heritor Skeleton Automatic watch repaired here and they did a fantastic job. The gear attached to the dial snapped off inside and wouldn't allow me to change the time. They provided excellent customer service and pricing for repairs. My watch was done right when they said it would be. They even fixed the stainless steel band that was broken at no extra cost. Great local jewelry and repair shop. I would highly recommend checking them out!

Absolutely the worst jewelry store I have ever been to. I left my 1 carat diamond ring with this shop to get a new setting, but after 7 weeks, my ring was never "repaired." The owner, Mark, ignored my text messages and I had to make a trip to the shop to demand that he return my ring. Luckily, I found a much better shop where they fixed my ring in less than a week (for less than half the price that Mark was going to charge).

Hands down, my absolute worst experience in a retail setting. I left my 1 carat diamond ring with the shop to replace the setting, but 7 weeks later, my ring worse than when I brought it in. Not only was the repair not done, but the owner ignored my many text messages. I finally had to demand that he return my ring to me. There are much better options nearby if you need jewelry repaired.
