I don't recommend this place.
1 - Chaos. Misinformation. Miscommunication. Rudeness. And I was lied to which I have no tolerance for.
2 - It's been three months I've been trying to get my renewal documents with no luck. I was told, last week they mailed them to my old address. My address has been up to date on my account page with the State Farm. Instead of an apology and saying she will send them to my current address, she told me, in a rude way, "go to your account to see your policy"...
3 - My previous State Farm agent kept misspelling either my name or last name on my policy renewal. She repeated that three time. Now I tried this one, it was nightmare, they kept sending my insurance document to my old address. So be very careful with any of the State Farm agencies since they do not pay attention to details and insurance is all about the details and fine print....

Jessika was able to offer me auto and homeowners coverage with more protection and less rates/premiums than my previous insurance for three vehicles and my home. It could be very stressful when you’re trying to find the right insurance but with Jessika Aerni I got the proper help in the moment that I needed it the most. I suggest to ask all the questions that you may have or if you don’t have the right questions she’ll still guide you in the right direction by explaining the details of your policy and discounts that you may qualify for. Highly recommend her, if I was able to get the help I needed I’m sure you can too!

Great service always responsive. Proactive with recommendations on coverage. I was at risk being under insured. Jess did a great job in providing the right coverage and gave me much needed peace of mind. I highly recommend her.

My experience mirrors that of other reviewers. If you are writing a new policy, Jessika is responsive. If you need help with a problem or claim or just guidance navigating an insurance issue you'll never reach Jessika. She only has time for new policies, not helping you when you actually need help. After over 15 years with Jessika and 5 active policies I'm flabbergasted at her lack of client service. I'm changing agents.
