I had not been to a department store in about 10 years. It was so nice to go to JCPenney! Everyone was beyond professional and the store was spotless. It smelled so good in there had a very welcoming vibe to it. It was so nice to be treated nice because downtown you do not get that anywhere, anyplace. I so appreciated it it was such a nice breath of fresh and familiar air. I'm going to go here more often. I truly have missed the department store experience but especially JCPenney! I miss stores like this so much because you can go in and touch things and see what color comforter sets are before you have them delivered from Giants like Amazon only to see that they aren't the right colors. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate you guys staying open and being able to stay open. The employees were awesome. The store is spotless. Thanks so much. I will be back definitely.

Don't like the fact that you go in to find something and they go. It's online only why even have a store lens

If you are really not a people person and want to avoid lots of crowd , then this is the place for you. They have a big space, lots of products, good restrooms, all most ever ly home or household things you need.

We bought our engagement rings here 3 years or so ago, purchased the warranty which comes with free ring cleaning. Brought my rings in to get a spring cleaning. It took about 15 minutes and they were sparkling. They also offered to send off but that process takes a few weeks. I could not be without my jewelry for that long. They also have a Sephora inside.

Came in late night around 7 Pm. Store closes at 8 PM. And we were never rushed. Then Ruthie and Lakeisha were very helpful in checking prices for us and even recommending some extra products to go with our purchase and we never felt like we were being forced into up sells. They were real natural at it. Will definitely be shopping more for the kids at this store.

I find it amazing that places such as this are able to stay open.
There were no other customers in the store while we were there.
The one of several staff members who acknowledged us was friendly.
I've not been inside a JC Penny's in a long time and have no plans to in the future.
