I've been calling and calling the salon. No one ever answers, and I can't even leave a message. I now have to find someone else to cut my hair. And they were so good. Not anymore.

Less than one Star. Went back and it was made worse, 4 nights of tears now and months to grow out. Run the other other way. They blamed it on me , cause yeah I wanted this horrible cut........ hard IT WAS MY FAULT...... clueless and hairless.

Tamara and Andria were great!
I first noticed how friendly the service was when I called in to make an appointment - Andria was so full of joy and kindness and helped right away booking 2 hair appts.
Coming in, both ladies were professional and kind and I enjoyed the service. I’d go again!
It’s also one of the most affordable places to get a cut, wash and dry and I appreciate that (stark contrast to great clips who, were not too friendly when called and charge for each of these as an individual, making it up to 80 bucks … JC Penney is almost half this price)

You can go there if you want a free haircut because they can't cut a stacked bob. It was so bad they they didn't charge my wife anything and they kept saying " It will grow back in a month or two" " It will grow back". we're so sorry. I showed them a pic of a stacked bob and this is what my wife got. See photos

I had already reviewed this store, but forgot to add that the Manager, with whom I spoke about the inexperienced newbie out of school who screwed up my long hair after asking her not to, Manager didn't even offer any kind of refund. At least, the Manager could have offered some sort of refund, as the stylist pretending to know what she was doing did charge full-price as most mid-level experienced designers. No, I am not likely to return to This store again. Two Thumbs Down.

I went there after totally screwing up my hair by dying it at home…. Blue… and I have blonde hair. I had tried to fix my hair myself also… all together a bad idea. I went in asking for a haircut, thinking the only way to fix my hair was to cut the blue tips (4+ inches) off. 4 hours later I came out with my hair beautiful color and cut. The dye I originally used was stubborn but both Andria and Emily would not give up. They did everything they knew to make sure I looked and felt beautiful when I left. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciated them on this day. I no longer had to hide my hair in a bun at work. They have a client for life and I’ll tell everyone I know. Another thing is they changed me the same amount I was originally quoted even for the amount of time it took.

Tint was not offered with gloss. Hair washing was more like a full on shower, my shirt and jacket were soaked.

I’ve come to this salon a couple of times now and have been happy with the result! The staff are always delightful and the cuts have been exactly what I’ve expected ☺️
