Bought a 2009 Subaru Outback sport about 3x years ago, over 140,000 miles, reasonable price. The car has needed periodic maintenance of non-engine components, which is expected for this kind of vehicle. This dealership did great engine maintenance before the sale, taking an old worn down car and making it much younger than its mileage might suggest. Have had no major issues years later. As standard for a Subaru, it has been easy to maintain and is super reliable.
In the future I will likely come back if I’m in want of a new vehicle, as long as they continue to make sure that the cars they sell have been taken care of to the extent that they have done so for the one I bought. Highly recommend.

Very happy with the car I bought from these guys. There seems to be an emphasis on making sure they are getting quality cars to resell, and do lots of work in house to make sure the customer gets a reliable car to take home. I felt like the transaction was smooth, relatively quick and without any pain points or undesired sales pressure. I would gladly use them again for future car buying needs.

Overall, my experience with them was great. Very low pressure process. I was able to check out a few cars and test drive them. I purchased a 2012 Subaru Outback. This was everything I needed in a car and I had a trade in and got a really great deal on a loan. I have unfortunately had quite a few issues with the car ever since. When I first took it in for emissions testing, it failed, so I took it back and the fixed the problem, however when I took it back to re-test, it failed again. After about $1400 in repairs, the car finally passed the emissions test. There are still things that need to be repaired, however. The check engine light, brake like and cruise control have been blinking on and off ever since. Not a huge deal, just really effing annoying. I bought a new gas cap to see if that was the issue, but it's not. It doesn't matter if I've just filled the car up or not (I don't have to fill up much, because I don't drive it much). The blinking (all except the check engine like blink) lights stay on, will sporadically turn off, then back on. This is mostly annoying when driving long distance bc it disables the cruise control. It's a 2012, so I get it, it's old and all used cars come with baggage. I'd still buy from these guys.

These guys were amazing! I wasn't pressured at all as you are most places you go, they just showed us the cars we were asking about and left us to it, but were standing on the lot incase we had any questions. I got a 2016 Impreza from them and it works great and is perfect for me! I would buy from these guys again.

The employees seemed trustworthy and everything went very smooth. The car was in a very good condition (very clean compared to other dealerships) and a couple of months later I am still very happy with the purchase.

Everyone was down to earth. No pressure sales tactics. Friendly place and great vehicle choices. I appreciate this place being upfront about repairs that were made on the vehicle I did end up buying.
If I need to purchase another vehicle, I will be going to JCC.
