DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!! I was charged 42$ for canceling A WHOLE DAY IN ADVANCE. They don’t make it c’est when you cancel that you get charged while canceling. My app was for Saturday at 2 pm and I canceled at like 2:15 on Friday Horrible way to get new customers. I was super excited to get my nails done by them too, which is such a bummer.

For a top-notch nail salon experience in Southeast Denver, I highly recommend Ivy Nails. Conveniently located near my favorite coffee shop. I often treat myself to an iced coffee and an appointment for some well-deserved pampering. The nail technicians at Ivy Nails are consistently friendly, professional, and dedicated to providing excellent care for their clients. You won't be disappointed.

So, I really do like the way they do nails they are professional and everything. I have nothing to say about their work ethic super nice and sweet and all of the above . But, this last time I went it took them five hours to get me out of there. My appointment was at 3 they didn’t seat me until 3:37 and, I didn’t leave until 7:48. I kid you not!!! I could not believe it. It really sucks because I do like the way they do my nails but idk 5hrs in the nail salon is too long for me.

NO OFFENSE, BUT MY NAIL BED IS FORGIVING BUT I'M NOT.
THIS LAST ONE ACTUALLY MADE IT TO 3
(4 IF YOU COUNT THE LAST LOCATION) BUT WHEN YOU DISRESPECT MY TIME WITH NOVICES, I DON'T GOT TIME FOR THAT. NOT FOR WHAT I'M BEING CHARGED AND THE HALF DAYS I'M SPENDING WITHOUT KNOWING ID BE SPENDING THAT TIME;
APPOINTMENT AT 11:40AM... LEAVES AT 4:15PM. "SCHEDULED" UNTIL ONLY 2:45PM. GAVE AMPLE INDICATION OF TIME SAVERS AND WAS IGNORED.
WHEN I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH A PERSON AND NEVER GET THE PERSON I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH, JUST DON'T. It's really disrespectful.
SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. They won't.
Requested style: Same manicurist. That's all I want and I keep getting the worst one.

This was worst experience nail salon ever my appointment was at 2:30pm and my daughter and I wait 2 hours to get our nails done which never happen waiting. They didn’t acknowledge that we were there. I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon ever. The owner needs to have her employees to work faster or suitable pace. That is very unprofessional to have a client wait that long and don’t let client know there how long it’s going be. Please don’t go there unless you have all day to spend at nail salon.

I LOVE this place and they are moving closer to me!! they are so tender with my weak flimsy nails. I have my polish for 3 weeks sometimes more and it doesn’t chip! They are so fun to talk with and a relaxing atmosphere! I love them so much! Nails are so well priced too! Here are two nails I’ve had done. The long nails are done by Ruby who took such care is applying hard polish to keep them strong. Additionally the long nails were 3 weeks old. The short nails done by Moogie ❤️
Requested style: I love that if I pick a color of a general idea I can say “I trust you do what you want with the details” and it’s always a great look I love having for weeks
Specialties: My friend always get nail art and it’s ALWAYS so amazing you’d think it was a sticker!
Cleanliness: The shop is always clean and light and airy! So fresh and well taken care of any past anxiety I have melts away!
Stylist: They all have incredible skill so it’s hard to single just one out! I never have to worry about who will be there on days I have available because they all do an amazing job!

I would highly recommend Ivy Nails. The nail technicians have talent, take their time and use advanced techniques to give you the most beautiful results. I’ve been to every nail salon in a 5 mile radius and this is by far the best. I appreciate the ease of online booking and the overall vibe within the salon is chill and highly professional. ♥️

Mia did her thang❤️ first set I’ve gotten in years & felt comfortable the whole time. If anything was off or a shade wasn’t right, she’d double check with me & do it the way I envisioned. Would love to go back (I just live 6hrs away)

I had an absolutely spectacular experience with Eva during my recent manicure and pedicure appointment! Her attention to detail and skill are truly impressive, making the entire process incredibly enjoyable. My nails have never looked this good! I think I might've just found my new favorite place! The place doesn't smell like the typical nail salon. It also feels cool inside which is nice in this summer weather.
The staff was so nice to let me walk-in last minute for a pedicure service at 6:45pm when they close at 8:00pm. Unurqu did not rush, she took her time and was very particular with every detail. She made me look pretty and most importantly feel clean.
I haven't tried their manicure service but I will definitely be coming back for one and ask for Unurqu, and I can't wait!

I work very late and couldn't find any one willing to stay and do my rebase and pedicure for my birthday! The whole staff at Ivy nails went above and beyond to make my special day happen!

It was the worst experience I had in this salon. I spent three hours doing my nails. I had to clean my nails. She cut me and paid $100. After three days, the dye came off and the nail broke. I paid $100 for nails that only lasted three days! I do not recommend this salon at all. It is very bad, unfortunately. These are pictures of my nails.

This salon is a gem! Everyone was so friendly and helpful in sharing knowledge for the best next steps I was taking for my nail care. Mae was incredibly thorough and gentle! With her expertise the dip manicure I had came off seamlessly and she did a beautiful job helping to bring back life to my natural nails! Moogi was amazing to connect with and I appreciated the chance to learn about how long Ivy has been in business as well as how passionate her team is! I can’t wait to come back!
