Never missed a payment, was a good tenant that took care of their house, I had no help moving out so there was some cleaning left to do that was discussed.... Then they stole at least $1000 from me by taking my entire $2100 deposit. $1000 is a generous estimate for cleaning, when I acquired the home there were dents in the walls and other fairly obvious issues that the owner did not fix when I moved in. Moving out they claimed I made the damage, not only is that not true it's not $1000 worth of damage, even if I could swallow that the ridiculous cleaning fee of over $1000. STAY AWAY, VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. When I first moved in, after signing all the contracts and agreements, they decided to charge an extra $40 a month for "maintenance service", you know, the thing that is already their responsibility. Find a better place with better management somewhere else.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL - Former renter that is trying to communicate with them to resolve an issue where we were charged for utilities after moving out that has been pushed onto our utility account at a new residence. They have ignored our e-mails despite having read them. BEWARE!

We are owners and originally started off working with Jon and we had a great experience. Flash forward 12 years, Jon is gone and service has gone downhill. We are not located in Denver and are not able reach anyone by phone, there is only an option to leave a VM. Emails and calls are returned slowly. Our last tenant broke the lease and did not complete a walk through. The tenant left filth all over, it became appearant that IR had not been on the property. We came to install new flooring and paint and were not expecting the level of ruin our property was in. We worked with a contractor recommended by IR to correct problems, etc. This contractor did a terrible job and we had to hire another contractor to fix all their mistakes. We decided to fire IR and seek a new property management company. After researching we have realized it is standard for walk throughs every 6 months..IR needs to implement significant improvements.

The team is incredibly professional and prompt when dealing with clients. I would absolutely recommend Investors Realty for those looking for property management. Their operation is smooth and effective, yet very client based.

I moved from NJ to CO in September of 2017 and I was help by a sales agent Paul with Investor Realty. I LOVED him and he got us the perfect rental. We also deal with Brandon for any issue with the rental and WOW...I LOVE how quickly they reply to my messages and take care of any issue. Communication is KEY to a good relationship and Investor Realty has this taken cared of. I have not rented for over 30years and Investor Realty has spoiled me. I have been using the property management firm “Investors Realty” for over 20 years now (I believe I am one of their first clients in Denver) and very pleased with the level of professionalism, and knowledge of property management this team demonstrates, and provides. As the team at IR have managed the various properties I have owned, and do own in Denver they continue to demonstrate high attention to details, and if ever there is a concern, they are quick to resolve. Very professional team and truly a 5 STAR company. Thanks to the IR team in Denver for the past 20+ years. Looking forward to another 20 years with you managing my rentals.

I have used Investor's Realty to manage my condominium rental properties for over a decade. IR has done a great job in creating a process that is tream lined and effective. For the owners you can have minimal interaction/management with your properties or be more involved. The choice is yours. IR communicates well and gives advice and suggestions when needed for critical decisions. They have reasonable fees to add o the value. If you need a property management company I highly recommend using Investor's Realty!
