Stephan always is so helpful. I've only used him for installing ink cartridges because I'm always ruining the printer by putting them in crooked and getting them stuck. So I call Stephan when I run out of ink

My HP Lazer printer was not working properly. When I called Ink It Over to help with repairs the service representative was responsive in returning my phone calls and keeping intouch throughout the service. The printer is up in age and needed updating. Stefan was extremely helpful in assisting me with picking up the printer and taking it to the local shop on Illiff in Aurora, CO. There they diagnosed the issues making minor repairs and then delivered It back to my home. This has been the best customer service anyone would desire to have. I am truly grateful for the service and care they provided. They get my highest recommendation!

Bought all five cartridges for my Canon mx870 every single cartridge leaked all over my hands and furniture and floor when opened and none of them printed more than five pages. Total ripoff waste of time don't go there.

Paid $25 today for a reused ink cartridge for my HP envy 4500. Thought it would hold me over until i could order new ones from Amazon. Got about 3 of the 13 pages I needed to print when it stopped printing correctly and i got a message from my printer saying the cartridge had to be replaced. Thanks for nothing. waste of time, waste of money, waste of gas. had to write my information on a ditto and participate in the mask-wearing BS. Never again, realize now i should have just stayed home & got it from Amazon.com.

Found this mom and pop store few weeks ago when my printer stopped printing. Susan (I believe the manager) helped me figure out what the problem was. After checking the printer she said my cartridges were empty and that they were cartridges that she could refill while I waited. About 20-30 minutes later she came back with samples of what the refilled cartridges printed out. So not only did she fix my printer she saved me $$ with the refills. I will be returning to Ink It Over for my printing needs from now on.Thank you Susan and Ink It Over

This is the first remanufactured ink cartridge that I bought that didn’t drive my printer crazy. Usually with these generic ink cartridges you have to run head alignments and cleaning processes for them to work right. With these you pop them in your printer and go. Great product!

The customer service at Ink it Over is exceptional. I have used them a few times in the past. I had an emergency and needed a special Xerox toner, which they provided within a few hours. And this week my printer quality went way down. I didn't know if I needed a new expensive imaging unit and didn't want to buy one if I didn't need it, so I called Ink it Over again. Stefan picked up my (heavy) printer and took it to be checked out for only a $25 charge. Lucky for me there wasn't anything wrong so no extra charge. I know I can trust them and that they won't sell me I need a part that I don't really need. They delivered it back to me the next day. I wish all businesses had great services like that! Highly recommended!

Really appreciate Ink It Over's help when my Canon Pixma printer stopped working. I knew the problem was related to a paper jam, but I couldn't remove the paper myself nor get the printer to restart. Canon customer service was useless as my printer was "not in their service line" anymore, so I called Ink It Over. Susan was pleasant in giving me estimates over the phone and offering to take my printer in for repair as soon as possible. I went in the next day and was greeted by Susan herself. She took a look on-the-spot and was able to fix the problem after some poking around (issue: paper was jammed behind the ink cartridges). I walked back out with no charges, within 15 minutes, and with a working printer. Thanks so much, Susan and Ink It Over!
