Been here 3 years and get more and more disappointed with this place every year. CAM charges make no sense because the place is usually filthy. Management or should I say the front office has been terrible the whole time(Ali is ok) but the rest are inconsiderate and rude and display some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. They will NOT go out of their way to fix any issue you may have. Just a overall terrible experience

This mornings ng at 3 am I had no hot water. After a long shift i called the 24 hour maintenance line and brad L came out at 3 am and had hot water to my apartment with in the hour. Thank you brad!

04/03/2024 update: Never received a call back from Gabe, the Regional Manager I reached out to on 04/01. With trash customer service like that is clear why the office staff is the way they are.
Run from this place and ALL “Allied-Orion “ places.
04/01/2024 update:
I’ve been here 3 months and I’m still waiting on work orders to be completed.On site manager in the leasing office has said “ There is nothing she can do”.
Don’t move here. Rude/ lazy office staff that don’t even stand at greet or assist you with issues. They just talk down to you.
I just moved in on 12/22/23 and the apartment kitchen and living room were filthy.
Floors had rice, dust and debris everywhere.
Kitchen sick is clogged with unknown items and the garbage disposal is not working.
Thermostat is missing the cover leaving live wires exposed for my small child, five blind slats are missing and doors have holes in them.
And because it’s the days before Christmas no work orders will be completed. So, I’m unable to cook and my holiday is ruined.
Lastly, at move- in I informed the Representative that I leased site unseen and he gave me directions to the building.
Didn’t bother getting up from the desk to show me the community, my apartment or any amenities.
Not what you expect from a company after spending all the thousands of dollars it takes to move in.
Also, it is $10 EVERY MONTH to park in the lot. Parking is somehow NOT INCLUDED in rent!

Beware of this company, they lie, scam and cheat people out of their money. I was promised an apartment in December with the half of the month free. The lease team had conflicting information so I canceled the application. I never received my deposit they said it would be mailed to the office yet hasn’t.
This place is a huge SCAM! Watch out for this place and do not give these crooks your money. The apartments are ghetto and the lease office is only trying to scam people.

Save you guys a wild experience, car thefts, no central cooling, lost packages, water boiler always breaks during the winter. They don’t clear the parking during the winter. for $1600 you can get a lobby and garage parking secured… anywhere else . Full price for half the experience. Random people will knock on your door some drug addicts some regular people just don’t open it prevent crime… lease ends soon my apartment is up for grabs come take it! Might find needles in the stair way!! Dont recommend kids or pets. Young man or women that can deal with it is fine.

I have lived here for around a year and cannot speak highly enough of the maintenance team. Everybody is very kind and helpful but the reason I’m writing this review is because of Kyle. Kyle always greets me with a smile and kind word but works very hard to make sure my apartment stays in good shape. My ice machine unfortunately broke but not only did Kyle explain his process, in the days interim he made sure to stop and chat with me and fill me in further how everything was going. Kyle and his team have my full confidence whenever it comes to any needs me or this place I call home will ever have.

Just renewed our lease for another year, overall I’m very happy with the apartments. The vaulted ceilings on the 3rd floor are definitely a perk. However I left a star off due to the laundry situation. Each building only has two washers and two dryers, which is ridiculous especially given how often they break down. Pretty much every time I go to do laundry I have to go to multiple buildings in order to find a working machine. Other than that it’s been a good experience.
