I have only used the hyperbaric chamber at the center but after two treatments of an hour each, I am noticing subtle differences in the lessening of my brain fog from Lyme and Covid. Icelandic Fitness is a very welcoming place with great people!
Icelandic Fitness started in 2009 in Denver, Colorado. Icelandic Fitness is a Colorado leader in both athletic performance, fitness, and recovery. We provide elite training services for all levels of athletic performance and separately offer the most comprehensive, technologically advanced, and well-rounded fitness and recovery programs available.
At Icelandic Fitness we will push the envelope but never will we replace scientific principles with trendy workouts. We are one of the only facilites in the state to offer such high end brands as Woodway, PowerPlate, Kaiser, TrackMan, and many more. Our facility has a hyperbaric oxygen chamber, infrared sauna, massage therapy, MAT Therapy, and Normatec Compression boots.
