I would like to thank Yelena from Hyde Park Jewelers for her help acquiring a very special watch. She takes her work and clients' time seriously. I feel grateful to have her as my Rolex salesperson, and look forward to future business together. She was able to get me the watch I desired without the silliness you often hear about from other ADs. No games! She gave me the straight talk on purchasing. If you need help sourcing one of these watches, please go see her.

We were sorely disappointed with the service we received at Hyde Park. When we walked in, we were not greeted for a while despite multiple sales reps being available (there were more sales reps than customers in the store). One was texting on his phone and the other few didn’t acknowledge us. Ten minutes later, we were helped and the person helping us was rather cold and seemed skeptical of our request to resize a family heirloom engagement ring and wedding band. We didn’t get a welcoming vibe at all, and it didn’t make us feel comfortable entrusting our heirloom rings with them. He took our rings out of the box, put them in the palm of his hand and said he needed to consult with the jewelers upstairs. Before giving us a chance to ask any questions, he walked away with our rings and just left us waiting. The consultation with the jeweler is not that unusual I recognize, but again, the way it was handled was odd and didn’t make us feel great. When he got back he said that they recommended a complete resetting of our ring and claimed that there was potentially some poor work done with the ring before by a previous jeweler that might need to be redone. He then proceeded to write us up a quote on a sticky note with other information on there that was crossed out (see image) and no total. Never once asking our names or taking down information to follow up. The whole thing was so unprofessional. We couldn't get out of there fast enough and were certain we did not want to use them for work on such an important and high-value piece. We ended up going to FastFix (2 minute walk away), which had also been recommended. The experience was night and day! FastFix staff greeted us immediately and offered the kindness and warmth we look for in customer service. They created an actual quote for us that was emailed to us for record, didn’t try to upsell us, and walked us through the work that would be needed. They were transparent about what things should be fixed now and what things could wait a few years. They also ensured that they would check the condition of the ring whenever we wanted to bring it in for more timely information on the urgency for updates. We felt so much more comfortable there! Stay away from Hyde Park and take your business to another shop that will treat you with respect and isn’t going to try to upsell you - especially for something so important!

This Rolex boutique has a ridiculous amount of inventory stashed away and only available for sale if you dump money at their adjacent location on overpriced jewelry. You can stop in every month or two for years and hold conversations with them but they do not care unless you spend $10k++ on diamond earrings and something else with huge markup. The Rolex market is tanking and they’re still pretending to be exclusive like mid-2021 prices, they do almost nothing to hide the fact that they are gate keeping pieces unless you spend tons with them. Will be reporting some of my previous conversations to Rolex Corporate to hopefully persuade the manager to stop this action.

Everyone at Hyde Park are always very helpful and very knowledgeable. Yelena and William were great to work with as I bought my first Rolex. A great place that serves as my only watch source. And now they are a certified pre-owned Rolex dealer. A much better place to buy a pre-owned Rolex watch than the grey market since all the watches are backed directly from Rolex.

Working with Carlos in the Rolex boutique over the last few years has been nothing less than exceptional. From his overall knowledge and passion for the brand, along with his ability to consistently exceed expectations, I'll never have a reason to go elsewhere.Big THANK YOU to Carlos and Hyde Park!!

I had a great experience at Hyde Park Jewelers and was helped by Susi. She was incredibly knowledgeable and personable, and made me feel very comfortable while I was there. My parents recommended her and have purchase several pieces from tis store a couple year back. I came in looking to for a Rolex and she answered every question I had and added me to her client list when one becomes available. I will definitely be doing all my jewelry purchasing here.

On Saturday, I went in to purchase a used white gold day-date to celebrate my graduation. I was debating between the yellow gold and white gold, and asked the sales associate what years they were. He assured me they were post 2011 but did not have the exact date. I finally decided on the white gold one, as it was at a reasonable price, especially being fairly new. He even told me it was serviced 2 months ago, so it was in fresh working condition. I wanted to clarify the age one last time prior to purchase, and he told us it was 2015. I was thrilled that it was less than 10 years old. After purchasing, he sorted through the cards and let us know that some old service records from 2 years ago were included. Of course, I trusted him and the few other sales staff overseeing the purchase.Today, I decided to research my exact model. I wanted to get a history of it. I found my serial number and code on my bracelet. To my surprise, it was 2005, not 2015! Now, I’m unsure if it was even serviced 2 months ago, or if it has been sitting on the shelves for 2 years. Either way, I’m rather upset. I am unable to call right now as they are currently closed, but I’m beyond shocked and disappointed that someone lied to me to make a sale.Edit: changed from 1 to 4 stars.I really appreciate Margery and her dedication to helping me find a solution. Although I wish things had began differently, I still look forward to visiting Hyde Park in the future!

Recently visited and had a gentleman with glasses offer help. I said I was browsing ans would let him know when I needed help. Then he let me know they had a clearance section. Thanks. But not a minute later, while I’m looking In Some cases, he came to me and said, “ follow me I’ll Show you the clearance”. Never offering to look at what I was looking at. Wow I walked out after that. Not sure if I wasn’t dressed well enough for this individual or what. It was very disappointing and disrespectful. I was there to purchase, but wanted to look at my own pace. I will not go back

My gosh what great service. Bought three watches from them and all with stellar service and great communication. Had a couple of my old watches serviced and had very good updates even if they were shipped to Switzerland. Hain, our authorized dealer is well versed in in horology and we highly appreciate her input. Cannot say enough great things about this store!

I have always had a great experience with Hyde Park in Denver. They have a great selection, and friendly & professional team members.Specifically, I would like to give kudos to Carlos who works in Rolex, who has helped me to get multiple pieces that I love. More importantly, he is always friendly & professional throughout the whole process. It does take some time with Rolex (that is just the way it is), but it is worth the wait, and I would highly recommend working with Carlos if you are interested!

I came into the Denver location, because my Rolex needed to be repaired and Hyde Jewelers is Rolex certified, and conveniently located near my hotel. It was fairly busy, which was fine. Having come into the store with whom actually gifted the watch to me, many years ago- the agreement was to notify us of the cost of repair and have it mailed back to the state where I reside. Instead I received a call regarding some modifications, (which are documented in the copy of original appraisal I later provided to them). The explanation for the deciding to not do the repair, due to the extent of “modifications” etc. was reasonable and respectable .So, I requested for my timepiece to be mailed back to me, so I could take it to the original well respected Jeweler where it was purchased, has been around for several decades, or a local Rolex location. Prior to paying for the return delivery, I requested that it be insured for the thousands of dollars of its value, and was perplexed by seeing a charge on my Amex for only 35.00. For an expedited FedEx delivery, it seemed extremely low.Upon arrival, I provided my identification to obtain the package from FedEx, which was in an unusually large box. My intuition alone, made me decide to open the box while still at the counter, to have a witness just in case something wasn’t up to par.Not only was my Rolex in a plastic bag, with one piece of tissue paper, but in two pieces. The dial wasn’t even connected to the band, nor did the invoice included have any amount of insurance. The sentimental value alone, had I not received it back, would have devastated me.My watch was left at Hyde Jewelers in one piece. Therefore I notified Hyde Jewelers IMMEDIATELY, and submitted images from the FedEx counter. While now disassembled in addition to still requiring repair, their initial suggestions were to take it to a local jeweler that is inside of a grocery store, in addition to other random jewelers likely found on Google, that were not Rolex Certified. I was eventually offered a return label to ship it back, for them to rectify the situation. It was quickly returned back to me insured, thankfully…. Inconveniencing me, when this could have already been repaired elsewhere is a nuisance. The back and forth while receiving no apology just doesn’t sit well with me.The generic Google review apologies would be well received had I not reached out to management, via email and other documented correspondence that I have in my possession to provide. After reviewing multiple complaints, and the levels of severity, in comparison to my own- I’d leave one fourth of a star if available. Offering luxury service, while expecting luxury prices should end with all parties satisfied and a desire to refer others to patronize the establishments as well. This is far from the case regarding Hyde Jewelers, unfortunately…..

Came to Hyde park looking for a Zenith watch that my husband was interested in buying. Dealt with John when we first got there and he really was an arrogant pompous jerk while dealing with him. My husband then saw a watch that he liked for me and I wanted to leave just to avoid giving John the commission. Ultimately I loved the watch went back and got Lethious who was awesome we enjoyed him as a sale person much more and did end up buying the watch. I highly encourage anyone who goes in to avoid buying from John my husband did end up buying his watch at another place what a shame they lost a sale due to John. Ultimately buy from Lethious if you want a friendly face ?
