My favorite hotel! The lobby is gorgeous! And it's opulent to stay there.Rooms: The rooms are typical for A mid-range hotel. They do have the casting feature on their TVs which seems like higher technology.Nearby activities: Everything in the heart of Denver.Safety: Lots of homeless people. Denver is a sanctuary City.Walkability: Can walk to everything in downtown.Food & drinks: They have a nice bar and a Starbucks in the lobby.

The best views from the sky lounge! The service was great, as well.

The location of this hotel is perfect for anything downtown (conference related or not)! The staff was super accommodating and helpful with me needing to change rooms and send random things up to my room. The rooms are spacious and clean and the bar and restaurant spaces are also well designed and clean. I hope to come back my next time to Denver!

Don't waste your money! I just checked in and no one helped me with my bags as I visibly struggled (I use a cane). The room has stains and ugly plain walls. Plus it is very small for a $300 a night room. I thought this place was 4 or 5 stars. It looks like 2 stars.

The location is what makes it really makes it worth the money . You’re right downtown just a block away from the convention center and right by the 16th Street mall and down the street feed from the rockies field and ten minutes away from the broncos stadium.Walkability: Walking distance from several bars and nightclubs. And you have the children’s museum and six flags and the convention center and broncos stadium. There is also nice trail by the south platt river .Food & drinks: Walking distance from a grip of restaurants like the Yard House. Hard Rock Cafe as far as fast food is concerned they have Taco Bell and McDonalds is right up the street.

Jordyn treated us like we were beneath her. We just wanted to have a good time didn’t want her to ruin our vive but it is sad she served us once and never bothered to come check on us. My sister had to go across the building to see if we could Order more. By the time she showed up we just wanted to leave. Beautiful place, gorgeous view, not good service ?

I stayed here in Sept. of 2022 and it was a great experience!! I just did 1 night, but felt that it was really affordable. It was close to the Broncos stadium since I was going to the game. You can also walk around downtown really easily too. Really saves a lot on the transportation costs since it's so close to everything! The second day I went to Red Rock Park and the aquarium. Loved the location! I would stay here again if in Denver.

I'm a Globalist rewards member with Hyatt Hotels and this Denver hotel refused me a complementary breakfast because my company paid for my room, instead of me paying for it. This has never happened to me before at the Hyatt hotel. As a Globalist, I'm always treated as one of their valued clients. But not here, in Denver, Colorado. Last year I made a conscious decision to let go of my Diamond rewards membership at IHG hotels because of the same ridiculous substandard services that IHG offers to their optimal clients. I don't regret that. I am now only a Platinum member with IHG because they really have nothing to offer. I was a diamond member with IHG for more than 20 years. It's sad to see that the Hyatt Hotels might be doing the same thing. I'm also a Titanium member with Marriott and Marriott still honors me with all of the Titanium standards, when my company pays for my room when I'm at a Marriott hotel on business. Therefore, I will always reserve a room with Marriott, first, before I reserve with any other hotel chain during my vacations, or free days away from my job. Hyatt has made a dreadful mistake tonight with me. Last year, I paid for 123 nights at Hyatt Hotels on my own free time because of the way Hyatt always treats their Globalist members. I doubt very seriously I'll be doing that this year because of this Denver hotel's policies for their Globalists, when I'm here for work. Shame on you! All I wanted was an egg, a slice of bacon, a muffin and a cup of coffee and you couldn't even offer me that, to show your appreciation for my Hyatt loyalty. If this happens, one more time, at another Hyatt Hotel, I will not be reserving any more rooms with you during my days away from the job. You've been warned and I'm the one in charge, because I will only spend my money where it's appreciated..

Surprise you with very expensive overnight parking. Walked up to check in and there was only one employee checking in guests and a number of other employees talking to each other. Spent a long time with hotel on phone after stay as my invoice was horribly inaccurate compared to CC charges. Still not worked out at this point. Asked to speak with GM was on hold for over 20 minutes then hung up on before ever getting through.

The hotel was decent, and the rooms nice. The whole hotel policy of no cash is
