Just went to use the ATM on foot in the drive thru. Saw this nasty dead rat right just as I turned around and was heading back to my car.

WOW THIS LOCATION IS A JIGGITY JOKE! I swear they literally cater to the men and cannot stand their female clients, no joke. I've been in there waiting and see how they help the men and just ignore or act crass to the females.s They live by "their policy" yet want to be snooty with everything and cannot produce a policy "it's just policy" . I went in today because their ATM's (that NEVER work mind you) was rejecting one of my $100 bills that they gave my husband 2 days prior. Of course the manager comes over right away to check it, interrupting the teller that was helping me. As if I was I was trying to get over on them and she'd be the one to verify. It came from your bank! She clears it under her breath to the teller. Then I hand the young teller my ID that has a hole punch in a blank area not in any words or year (still valid for identity). I had just used it at the Edgewater location yesterday 1/30/24 and she kindly took it with my business bank card and deposited my $. When the young teller told the older one that was hovering and let her know it wasn't hole punched on the years she said no. When I asked why? She said it's our policy? I said it's for identification and it's not expired? I said the Edgewater location took it no issue yesterday. So how is it your policy? She said no, lol. So I then pull up the MYID app that is govn app that makes you go through govn clearance and she said they can't take those either . They are so ridiculous there. Instead of helping their customers they cause more angst and frustration, unless you're a male. I also called there back in Dec and asked about a $20 bill my dog chewed up and it was 65% put together. The chick today that was hovering asked me if the serial # was still available? I said one is complete and the other only had 2 digits missing. She said no they can't and gave this excuse as to why. I called the federal reserve and 2 other banks. Federal reserve said one serial number is good enough and two other banks said it's not a problem bring it in lol. I'm like I don't even bank with them! I chose Huntington because it's conveniently by my house. However, I absolutely never go there unless I need to use their ATM. Which mind you half the time is broke a**. For a bank around the corner I now use the Alameda location or the one by DU. Today was a very me off and lo and behold, disappointed by the simplest thing like my goodness...really? They need new staff or need to let US Bank train them how to be actual tellers. This branch never fails to irritate the F out of me. I see why they have 1 star on yelp smh.

I had to rush through traffic to get here before 5pm and barely made it 2 mins before, when I walked up to the door they already had it locked, I knocked and everyone inside ignored me and acted like I didn't even exist... I really needed some temporary checks to pay for my mom's nursing home care that has to be paid through a special trust account I have with them and now they basically screwed me, I don't even know what to do, I just want to cry...

This location does not take accountability for anything. I went in to Huntington and I never going into branch. I do everything through the ATM. sometimes do the drive up teller just because they never have a branchmanager available or the left hand doesn'tknow what the right hand is doing. I've had multiple issues with them since the first week I opened up my account two years ago. With that being said, I asked for a check on my personal account to pay for my kids daycare and made a deposit into my business account. The teller at the time was very nice and we talked about like kids going back to school she had a young sister and got to talking for probably 3 minutes. There was probably some confusion I needed to go I had to go into the branch because they are doing construction and there's like nowhere to park so I had to park in front of the Porta potty run in and go do this transaction. Got back in my vehicle and handed the check to my mother. I went to work and my mother dropped the check off to the daycare. The check clears last night in my business account and the check was supposed to be written on my personal account. When my mother drop the check off obviously she filled out just the part in regards to how much the amount was and whatever else. I am noe negative in my business account that I had just brought positive the same day so I wouldn't be in the 24 hour grace period anymore. So since the check cleared after that, I now got over $108 in overdraft fees because of this mistake. I was told I needed to talk to the branch and when I called the girl's whole tone completely changed she was ready to get off the phone because she said, I kept explaining the same thing over and over. Yes, because I was trying to get her to accept some accountability with saying yes, maybe I made a mistake and I put on the wrong bank account but what she kept saying is, basically it's my fault that you did not look at the check and noticed that it was written on your business account. And yes people let other people fill out their checkbooks all the time or have them fill out who they're writing the check to or who the amount of the check like She had already endorsed it. The bottom line here is that's not the account I asked you to draw the check on. So they said there was nothing they could do about the overdraft fees so basically I'm responsible for $108 for a check that she wrote on the wrong account! they have to write it in because if they gave us a blank check which I've been definitely handed a blank check from that branch before that anyone could get a hold of the check and write it out! which thank you for the protection but now you're not like helping your customer. I said you can see in my account where I made a deposit to bring me on the positive and then now I'm being charged for all of those things that I covered because of the check. So yeah she's just not willing to help not willing to take any accountability so for her mistake I'm having to pay for it like and not even willing she said maybe they can reverse one overdraft fee, 1?! Thst's lughable! I was told by a supervisor and a different branch in Lakewood that branch managers absolutely have the ability to reverse all the overdraft fees so they're assistant branch manager is not willing to work with me on this issue. I said I have the money I can just transfer it into the bank account but I'm not gonna pay an extra $108 for something that I shouldn't be responsible for. Not to mention we're having a conversation about how expensive daycare and everything else is and we're just leaving me to pay $108 that's literally just going to you guys. Stay away from the South Broadway branch there's never a branch manager and they never ever take accountability for anything when they make mistakes.sThat's why this one has a one star on yelp and three stars on Google every other branch surrounding this area is way better. I hate that I was in a hurry and had to

The fact that you fail to have a notary available on site is absolutely ridiculous. What are you paying these people for if they aren't prepared to make sure they're staffed properly. This location is a joke.

Worst bank ever! This bank has continuously been the absolute worse bank. Don't bother calling customer service because not only do you get inconsistencies with each rep, but you most often get the cookie-cutter responses. I wouldn't even give you -1

If you are looking for a bank, who is fair, cares about you as a customer, and advocates for the average, hard working individual, Huntington Bank is not the place for you. I reported fraud and identity theft on my account and Huntington Bank provided absolutely no assistance in the way of an investigation or tracking down my stolen funds. What they did do however, was freeze my account, causing me to be without money for almost 2 weeks, then closed my account, that mind you, I have had with them for years, stating I was a "risk." This unwarranted 2 week freeze on my account almost cost me a place to live. Huntington Bank does not care about you, you are just another number. And please don't get me started on how most of the tellers, at every branch are rude and lack concern in general. Also almost forget to mention that their ATMs are never working. Definitely an "L" banking establishment. Steer clear!

I used to be a client for TCF, but then Huntington came along and they took over and I'm a client with Huntington now. There are some issues that need to be worked out, such as by authorizing me to pull out money from my own account without my mom doing it. She is medically disabled and she can't even walk as fast. I'm usually going to the bank myself to do money transfers/withdrawals/deposits without the help of my mother most of the time. So, these guys shouldn't say my mom has to be the one. I want to do it myself.

ATM is alway broken! There isn't very many Huntington's around so when this ATM is broken and I need to deposit money fast, I have really no other option. I have since incurred overdraft fees for not being able to deposit money within the 24 hour grace period. I have to constantly call and let the one 800 number know. I take pictures of the ATM but now it's gonna seem like I am being facetious when in all reality their ATMs are always down. I have a business account, so I always can't get through as well because business offices are not the same and when I have a situation where I have money handed to me because of my business, I can't always just run to the bank and when I do try to use the ATM it's broken.

i opened this account as a backup account for emergencies. this bank takes money out of my acc monthly without my permission. i have called the online banking and they advised me this will not longer be happening. Then they placed a hold / or freeze on the account. Then i received a letter that the account would be closed for nonuse or something. And then i see a charge on my statement for $16 and changes. i check the Huntingto website account still open with money in it. not to mention today I called for a password reset the lady had an attitude cause she didn't understand my name and I spelled she said I I asked you for your name not the spelling I advised I give you my name she said forget and moved forward. I understand you may have a tough job but you choose what you are doing. if you don't like it please change it.
