This past year I filed my business taxes with this office and despite paying to have my return filed in March it was not submitted until May causing my business to receive penalties with the IRS. I have call their customer service department multiple times for assistance and support and they have done absolutely over the past month since I reported it. I will never use this service again and if you want piece of mind when filing a return you shouldn't either.

Mrs. Andrews is a Rock Star!! Very much a Professional Tax Preparer. That Leetsdale office as a Whole deserves a great rating. In 2024 we all know customer service is not what it use to be. But Baby Mrs. Andrews went above and beyond. Blessings to her! This is not all about money it's about the knowledge she demonstrated. That changed my situation for the better. I am grateful. Shout out to the Leersdale Office.

Mr. Spivey did my 2020 taxes wrong. When I got a letter from IRS I contacted his Leetsville office for $325.that I paid for his service. Since August 2023 I have not received my service fee bk. The main HRBlock office keeps referring me to him.

Considering the subject is income taxes, it all seemed to go as well as possible. The single reason for that was Tax Analyst Victoria Dizghinjili.
