We decided to replace the sectional and recliner we bought @ Howard Lorton in 2000. We wanted this purchase to be of consistent quality so we returned to the store in March of 2024 and our consultant (Rob Osgard) from 2000 was still with HL. After listening to our desires, he produced a hand drawn rendering of the pieces. When we met with him, Rob offered his unvarnished perspective of the options (color, leather, arm style etc.) which we found invaluable. We appreciated being able to benefit from his experience in the business and knowledge of the brands we were considering. Price is what we paid. Value is what we received from Rob and Howard Lorton.

The old woman with an accent, dark glasses and short hair was very rude, disrespectful, and judgmental. She asked me what I needed and every time I tried to talk she would interrupt me immediately, I couldn't get in a word. The first time she did it she looked me up and down with a clear captious look on her face, evidently not wanting to help me. Then she proceeded to brush me off while I was talking, turned around and said bye with her back toward me with an awful attitude. This was my first time in here and she left me with a sour taste for this place. I will not come in here again. The people down the street at Denver City Furniture, Source Four, and Creative Living were all significantly nicer. Kindness and respect goes a long way.

You couldn't ask for a better salesperson than Liz at Howard Lorton. She went above and beyond to find an elegant, power lift recliner for my elderly mother. She is also understanding and patient. Nice qualities. Thanks!

Great service. We waited four months for a custom sofa. Unfortunately, it was 6 inches shorter than what we ordered. Howard Lorton took it back. Sadly we have to start over.

Been here many , many times, always greeted and offered assistance. NEVER been ignored or treated snootily. Great quality, more expensive than mediocre throw away furniture, but their furniture is beautiful and lasts! They have substantial discounts on special orders, usually more than other stores with same brands. After ordering a chair I even got a thank you note from the salesperson! Great furniture as well as customer service.

Received delivery of an outdoor chair from Howard Lorton. Dominic and Lorence were professional, courteous, and quick in getting the chair to the patio. They provided some insight as to care for the furniture in different weather conditions. Recommend.
