“Beautiful but old hotel. For many this will be part of the charm. Our room was nice, fairly spacious and had a nice bed. The bathroom was definitely old fashioned. Nice cocktail lounge and the hotel is great with little added value like a nightly voucher for that lounge. The location was great for us but, yes, noises given its location just a block from Union
station. The best part of that is that you can take the train from the airport right to the hotel. I probably would stay again.”

“Hotel Teatro was among our top choices for boutique hotels in Denver and we made an excellent choice.

Downtown Denver is incredibly walkable and Hotel Teatro is in a great location to walk to excellent restaurants, bars, bakeries, coffee shops, and various attractions. Our room has an excellent view and an incredible waterfall shower. After walking around the city all day, it was a great relief to return to such comfort at the end of the day.

The next time we travel to Denver, we will be booking our stay here.”

Denver is a sanctuary City.Walkability: Can walk to everything in downtown.Food & drinks: They have a nice bar and a Starbucks in the lobby.”

The staff is very friendly and accomodating. Of coure it is expensive, but it's the Four Seasons so what do you expect. “Favorite place to go in Denver when in town for baseball games! Great places to eat and explore with the family! Really nice trandy spots to grab something to eat or drink!”

“Comfy beds, cleanish space. The air filters (stayed Aug 2024) need to be changed yall, definitely had troubles sleeping bc of this. The WiFi needs a new password bc there are too many people using it and none of our phones had any bars unless we were at the window in which case 1 or 2 bars. Great kitchen space!”

“This is our second time staying at Clio. The room was spacious, clean and modern. The ambiance in this hotel is very chic and inviting. The staff were very courteous and helpful. They go out of their way to make your stay a great experience. There are numerous great eateries within a short walking distance. They have a shuttle that will take you within two mikes of the hotel. The shuttle driver was a young man that very courteous and informative.”

“Really nice hotel. Unfortunately less than two blocks from what seems to be a homeless gathering area. Some obvious mental illness which obviously comes with an unpredictable scene. That said, we didnt have any issue inside the hotel and restraunt. Overall, great place to stay and within walking distance of several good restraunts and bars.”

“We have stayed at motel 6 locations all over the nation. This by far was one of our best days! Very rooms, great location, and great service! We will be going back on our next trip to the Denver Metro. My literal only complaint is there was no fridge in my room.”

“Great apartment-style accommodations for me and a coworker while we were on a business trip- we had our own bedrooms and bathrooms with a shared kitchen and living area. The accommodations were clean, modern, and safe; the property management even worked with me to accommodate a late check in time and were very responsive to my texts. I would not hesitate to stay at the Espadin again on my next trip to Denver.”

“Good value for the price. I've stayed at this location a few times and the rooms are always very clean and the Continental breakfast is delicious. The staff tending to the breakfast keeps the hot food hot and The cold food cold. They keep everything full for the entire time the buffet is open.”

“I really loved my stay at Drury Inn! I spent one night here with a friend while she was in town visiting. The free dinner and 3 drinks from 530p-7p is truly a treat! The food is good quality and the bartenders are so nice! The hotel lobby, dining area and room was clean! We used the hot tub as well and it was nice! The front desk employees were very kind and gave us any extra items we needed for our room! I would definitely stay at a Drury Inn again!!”

“A very nice 4 star hotel located in a beautifully restored historical train station with wonderful common areas, including multiple bars, a Tapa restaurant, ice cream shop and coffee house. The welcome at reception by Gracy was professional, friendly and informative. She is a great asset to the property. The room (238) was decorated to a high standard; albeit, the size was somewhat small, especially considering the price point. Notwithstanding, the bathroom is spacious and the water pressure was excellent. Additionally, both still & fizzy water was complimentary. Further, your room card gets you a free small ice cream and coffee. Overall, love this place and would book again certainly.

Food & drinks: Lobby bar has affordable drafts ($8-9) and lively loud atmosphere. The 3rd floor bar is classy and elegant with creative delicious but pricy cocktails ($20-25). I would still patronize both again. The Tapa place looked great. The ice cream is very good.”

“Such a stunning space that is clearly crafted with intention, care and attention to detail! If you’re a sucker for tasteful interior design, just trust that this is the place you want. Not only is it a gorgeous space, but everything was incredibly well thought out, and you get so much value for the rate. They don’t offer a lot in terms of service (don’t expect room service here or a regular concierge) but there is staff present in case you do need help, and they have great breakfast + valet, so I didn’t find it lacking anything.I am surprised to find something this nice in Denver. It’s not a city I visit often, but I know with certainty there’s nowhere else I’d rather stay!”

“Food and dining options are amazing, and I love the European influenced culture at this hotel. The rooms speak for itself as grand and doesn't need any updates for a couple of years! Every part of the room is spotless and high quality! I recommend Kimpton Hotels.”

“#TYLER @ The front desk,?... A people's person kind of guy, client oriented???‍?
?⚠️ The swimming pool is finally open and it's open all year round ?the face lift on this place really made a difference? Denver (CO) needs more facelift like this everywhere, right!? ✅and they did pretty okay here, considering how this place was before.?”

“Beautiful hotel. Loved the breakfast that is included, the omelet/waffle stations; and the evening reception, that included 2 comp drinks. Even if you don't drink, you can ask for a non-alcohol drink(s). I don't drink, so I had a punch w/lemon, cherry, ginger ale and ice.The front desk staff, can't remember the young man's name, were so polite and professional.”

“Pros:
- Location in Cherry Creek is ideal, comfortable, safe, etc.
- Nice design and decor throughout the hotel
- Complimentary tokens for coffee, pastries, and drinks for 2 people daily.
- Yummy food and drinks at the rooftop pool and club restaurant (tastiest burrata I've ever had, and yummy margaritas!)
- Nice restaurant/bar on the ground floor "Kinis". Though not affiliated with the hotel, it is nice to have it on site.
- Super comfortable bed! Amazingly plush and cozy robes in the rooms. Great shower water pressure and temperature. Nice room decor.

Cons:
- Stayed in one of the two higher end suite options (Silver Suite on the top floor) and the views from the room were really disappointing. Just overlooking an alley basically and ugly rooftops. More of a design issue, not the hotels fault. But still made me less of a fan of the room itself.
- Service on the rooftop was slow on Sunday during the lunch hour. Staff took a long time to bring our food though there were few other people dining there. They stood talking amongst themselves at the bar for a while instead of just bringing our food over which I saw sitting under the heat lamp for a while.
- The pool itself is nice to have and better than nothing, but is really quite small and unimpressive. Also the views from the rooftop are pretty dull.

I would give the overall experience 4.5 stars if that were possible.”

“Hotel was decent.. front desk was nothing special. Were not overly friendly and didn't care I was naked and wet mid shower only to realize there was No freaking conditioner in my shower!! Front desk did not think this was urgent or a big deal! Luckily I heard house keeping in the hall and tracked down conditioner. Also my friends staying got there truck damaged/dented by valet. The beds n pillows where comfy so that is huge plus for me! Only the restaurant is beautiful n the burger is a must! But it's only open till 10pm so definitely should not be listed as a bar. Very close to alot of things downtown Denver. So located well!”

“Booked a room for my aunt who was visiting us. Superbly decorated rooms, she thoroughly enjoyed her stay. Each room has an Nespresso machine which I thought was a nice amenity. There is a self check-in which was easy. Also recommend dining in the hotel restaurant, Wildflower. Convenient location in Denver, located near Downtown and close the nightlight in LoHi.

Walkability: Close to the bars and restaurants in LoHi.”

“Hotel staff were lovely and the room was clean. But our room on the second floor looked into other rooms. It was also loud with sounds from other rooms, the lobby, the parking area, and the street all night.Rooms: Small hut functional.”

“Clean, quiet, comfortable, safe. Really nice breakfast with non-disposable plates and silverware. Friendly and helpful staff (except the guy in the hotel parking area who made unwelcome sarcastic comments). Walking distance to lots of places to eat, drink, see the sights. Close to Union Station.”
