Workers are rude, the person I assume to be the manager is also really rude. Came in a few weeks ago, close to closing and she was belittling one of her employees saying if they wanted to stay they could but she was getting out on time. Went in again today and, same as someone else posted, wanted to buy something off the mannequin, didn't realize it was "against store policy", but it was the way it was handled with such an attitude and an inconvenience because we had taken it off the mannequin thinking they could just replace it with something else. Learned our lesson. Wont be going back to this store again. Need to hire some better staff.

The kid with the long hair named Henry was extremely rude today. We were shopping around the clothes and saw one we liked on the manikin and asked to buy the shirt that was styled on it… he had an awful attitude saying he couldn’t sell it to us.. which is okay but his ATTITUDE is what is what the issue was here. Along with all of the other employees working today around 3:30pm. He ran to other employees and the manager working at the register and made a fuss about a simple question. They are stoped working just to talk about it and look at us and make us feel uncomfortable while shopping. They flowed us around the store for no reason. Seemed like they were trying to push us out of the store just for trying to buy a shirt off of the manikin. Absolutely ridiculous. This lasted for about 10 minutes. Then there were 4 employees (including the manager) talking about it in the back left corner of the store. Bringing it up again. Looking at us and again making us feel uncomfortable. At this point there were customers walking around needing help and all of the employees were standing in the back talking about us as we were still shopping. It came to the point of feeling like harassment from the employees. This all could have been avoided if Henry wasn’t rude to begin with. We asked a simple question wanting to give our business but that definitely will not be happening. I am a manager of a retail store and know this is NOT how you treat customers. Will not be returning to this store due to their rudeness, unwillingness help us, and the unprofessional behavior of talking about customers on the floor. Take it off the floor. Lost a loyal customer due to how you treated me and my family today. Not okay to make customers feel uncomfortable while shopping in your own store.

Horrible behavior from salesperson Henry. His rudeness did not stop me from buying over $500 in clothing for my nephew. My nephew did travel 9 hours to come visit and have me take him shopping to this Hollister store. I will not return to this store. Please train your employees to be more kind to high paying customers. As well as not be talking about customers who have questions about your clothing while standing on the sales floor. Please learn how to be professional. Thank you.
