The front desk receptionist is a big problem at this place, she don't follow up and she has a bad attitude when you are trying to get help with your bill or when you have a question, the other representative I spoke with followed up for a couple emails than communication stopped and totally ignored me. That's why is a 3 ?. Need better customer support and better representatives.
