Where should I start! The halls reeked of marijuana although this was suppose to be a non-smoking hotel. Only one elevator was working. The pool was closed due to maintenance issues which was to be back in service before we arrived. Heads up would have been appreciated when you open up the drapes and notice you are staring at a mustard yellow stucco wall. No trees or any other type of landscaping but a wall with debris on the pavement. How would you describe the hotel? I wouldn’t. Ugh!!!Highly disappointed.Food & drinks: The food and zero was horrible. I ordered a waffle, which arrived cold and doughy. The bacon tethered on close to being burnt. I asked if they could heat it up. No microwave, I was told that I could go to the little pantry by the front desk to warm it up. As long as it took to bring the food out it should have been hot. Overpriced for what I received. Made to order my foot!Noteworthy details: When I ask for additional towels, I don’t expect to have to go to the front desk to get them myself. Especially if the room staff is still in the building. I asked the room staff person, she did not speak or understand English very well. For the price you pay at the Hilton I expect better service.

Hotel was decent.. front desk was nothing special. Were not overly friendly and didn't care I was naked and wet mid shower only to realize there was No freaking conditioner in my shower!! Front desk did not think this was urgent or a big deal! Luckily I heard house keeping in the hall and tracked down conditioner. Also my friends staying got there truck damaged/dented by valet. The beds n pillows where comfy so that is huge plus for me! Only the restaurant is beautiful n the burger is a must! But it's only open till 10pm so definitely should not be listed as a bar. Very close to alot of things downtown Denver. So located well!

My go-to spot when I visit Denver. It's near the train station. Easy to get to and from.Rooms: Single room on the 11th floor. Not too bad, not much of a view but it's just a hotel room.Nearby activities: The baseball stadium is close by is a Whole Foods and other places to eat.

To start off, Phillip at the front desk was very rude and stand-off and made me and my guest feel uncomfortable right away in the beginning of coming in to get another key that was left inside the room as we was in and out of the hotel dining and enjoying the evening, the main purpose of getting and booking a hotel room downtown where the Hilton is located. As I planned to celebrate a family's birthday celebration (26) years young I am a full adult that had a hotel near by I myself was there and present.Being that I felt uncomfortable right away with that employee I already warned the young adults to be respectful and be safe asI felt your employee wastargeting all of us. Iwill be there tomorrow right away to speak with the general manager and to speak with Lthe higher authority after that. The police was called for people who paid over 300$ tobe safe and have fun. Unacceptable andvery unprofessional. We will be in contactPhilip never made eye contact with us he kept his head down the whole time like he was bother that we was there I tried to lighten up the mood and he still had kind of connect and no customer service with me being an employee we welcome all our gust and thank them for staying with the Hilton I am ever disappointed that we had to experience this kind of behavior when we was thee to celebrate we was targeted because the color of our skin.Nearby activities: Na

Great spot to stay, within walking distance of a lot of places. Rooms were clean, service and staff wonderful. Only downside is we were facing the interstate and it can be a bit noisy at night with cars revving and racing but that's not the hotels fault! Restaurant connected has a cool history and great staff and food as well!

Had a great stay here! Clean room with modern amenities, friendly staff, and 12pm checkout which was a nice bonus. Also located in a very nice walkable area.Taking off 1 star from the room for having a barn door on the bathroom. I mean, come on.

We recently stayed at this location and I’ll give the pros and cons in my experience:Pro:Location was great! Easy to walk to restaurants, tours starting at Union Station. Area is safe. Valet was friendly, fast and rates were less than stated on the website. I received an upgrade as a diamond member. The view was wonderful and room was spacious and clean. Water was provided every day at the desk.Cons:The onsite food options are very expensive. Look at a menu. We were told we didn’t need a reservation for dinner. Arrived at 6:15 and could not get in as they were not taking walk ins. Breakfast entrees starts at $15 and everything is ala carte. Food choices looked good. Be aware of pricing. I did a quick door dash from McDonald’s and it was fine. Lastly, coffee is only available in the lobby for a few hours each morning. You do have a Keurig in the room. I’d grab some creamer if you need it in the am. Again, not a deal breaker, just FYI.Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Showed up to walk into a dirty room. When we called the front desk, we couldn't get another king bed so all they offered was 2 queen beds and free breakfast. No discount on the room, no offer for free parking...nothing. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else.

Stay somewhere else. Literal black mold in the room, someone's gross dried up contact lens on the bedsheet. Reported the problems and had room changed, reached out to a manager, Mercedes, talked and gave info but they eventually ghosted me with no further follow up at all. You think these guys would be on top of something to do with mold and dirty sheets. I will be reaching out again and will update if they ever get back to me....Update: They refunded my stay at least

The worst Hotel experience in my life. First off the room was never cleaned & dirty when we walked in. I called to the first desk within minutes of walking in & inspecting that the room had not been cleaned. The sheets was dirty & the covers was just made up that way with stains & hair all in the bed. The shower was dirty & the floor seemed to never had been mopped in weeks. The chair had food crumps on it & the other two seating areas had hair & white stains all on them (see photos). The house keeping did not bring sheets & clean the room until 2 hours later so we sat on the hard counter until the room was cleaned. The shower head was full of green dried mold. The next day I requested a sheet change , 2 hours later the sheets was left outside the door on the floor (not in a bag) the bare floor. I asked to speak with a manager was told one would contact me & never did. I want my money back this was suppose to be a relaxing vacation which turned into a nightmare. I could not get comfortable at all the bed was old & hard, you can see the old wore mattress cover through the thin sheets . They need to upgrade all linen in this place . It smelled like it has never been cleaned. No one contacted us to see how things was going after or any sort of communication. Please do yourself a favor & not waste your money, time, or peace dealing with this Hilton.Rooms: The worst Hotel experience in my life. Conveniently located near Denver Union Station, Hilton Garden Inn offered a perfect day-use option during my layover. The modern, spacious rooms were clean and provided a comfortable stay. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for a hassle-free layover stay in Denver.

If you are looking for a nice place to rest your head…. or possibly some feces (see attached pictures of my bed sheets in the room I just walked into) to rest it in after a nice long day of travel, this is the place for you! Perhaps the place where they have to put you in three different rooms because nothing works! Excellent service… I have left voicemails with Hilton corporate and called the number I was given for the owner and have heard nothing. And the VERY LEAST I think this trip deserves a refund for the points spent for the room.
