Would have been nice to know there was a fee for parking. But since the parking isn't managed by the hotel, they didn't bother to tell me when I checked in on line. I found the notice from the parking company on my windshield with a QR to pay in the morning. Surprise!! Kind of dirty if you asked me.
Noteworthy details: See comment about parking fee after-the-fact notification.

Service here was not well. Changing sheets I guess means making your bed. Wash towels was few.

The process of paying for parking is inconvenient. It’s through a third party, not connected to your hotel receipt, pay through your phone with a QR code. I’m not a fan of submitting credit card information online to an unseen/unknown entity. Paying for parking this way is the last thing you want to do at 11 pm when checking into a hotel. Hilton, you can do better…you do so at nearly every other property you operate.

Yesterday hotel at today’s prices. Super annoying parking scheme where you have to pay via app and cannot be included in your hotel bill. Limited restaurant and. O room service here.

Room reeked of cigarettes. Hotel staff lied to us about parking fees. Breakfast was utterly disgusting. It was a barebones stay. Do yourself a favor, and stay at the Marriott or Hyatt across the street.

Convenient to the Tech Center. Nice rooms that could stand some updates.

Only went there for a board game convention..so can't rate the rooms or service...but the location was a headache parking was a joke as you need to qcode to pay... hopefully the convention won't be held at this location in 2025 as I won't plan on attending.

This hotel is in a convenient location for the denver tech center. The rooms and bathrooms were nice and updated. There was only one working elevator which was really slow which made getting in and out of the upper floors time consuming. And, unfortunately, the stairs opened out to the parking lot making it difficult to bypass the elevator. The breakfast looked yummy, but it was not included. The parking was right in front of the hotel but has a small nightly fee. The fitness room was small but functional.

This hotel is dated at best. The communication between management and staff was non-existent. I was made to pay for breakfast and parking when all was included with the technical training course I was attending. The training room was not ready and was plagued with technical difficulties. The tables were nothing more than tablecloths over plywood and the chairs were worn. No outlets were provided on the tables. An extension cord was run under the tables but only had outlets at certain tables. NO SECURE INTERNET CONNECTION! For one, I don't call this a "Tech Center". Secondly, my room was abysmal. Loud air conditioner, dull white bedding, old carpet and the bathtub retained water. This was due to wear. A trough was present down the middle of the tub that would not drain. This is a health and safety violation. I will never stay here again or recommend this hotel for any type of a technical training destination.

As a business travelers I cannot return to this hotel. The hotel and the room were clean and the staff was nice, but the WiFi at this place is from the days of dial up. I cannot perform basic tasks using the wifi which clocks in at a whopping 4.35 mbps download and 2.25 upload. It's 2024, this hotel is in the "tech center" of Denver and yet they can't seem to upgrade the wifi?

Do not book this hotel for your wedding party or any other group. TJ and Karen in the sales office will make you promises and not follow through. Luckily this hotel was the only bad part of an otherwise great wedding weekend. The front desk staff were useless and dressed like teenage skateboarders. Our guests were given the wrong information, or no information at all. Our officiant, whose room we had pre-paid for, was told that her reservation was “too confusing” and they wanted her to pay for it herself on the spot. The bar was closed on Saturday- as in closed entirely, never opened. There was an on-site party Saturday night that had music playing so loudly that it shook our windows on the 3rd floor until after 11pm. The rooms themselves were clean, and the bartender who they had working on Friday night was very nice and helpful. Otherwise The Hilton Garden Inn - Denver Tech Center was a total disappointment and any future brides/grooms/parties should think twice before booking.

One of our best lodging experience on vacation as a family. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to highways that led into downtown and Colorado Springs. The rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable, which was perfect after a long day of activities. You can tell that a lot of detail goes into making housekeeping run smoothly, our room was immaculately clean. Our daughter loved the pool. Checking in and out was seamless and the staff was friendly and knew a lot about places to eat and things to do in the area. . We’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you everyone for making our vacation memorable.
