People of color should avoid this hotel.
My sister was staying here and was waiting in my truck for her get ready and pack her stuff to come down. I went inside to use the bathroom in the lobby because my she was upstairs in the shower and the chief engineer of the building Mike G. told me I have 5 min in the bathroom because he assumed I’m homeless or trespassing. I’m positive he was profiling me because I’m a person of color and he is an old racist white guy because he had no other reason to bother me over the dozens of white people sitting around the lobby. I have traveled all over the world never been treated like this in any Hilton or hotel in my whole life. I would not recommend you stay here if you’re not white because they will assume you’re not supposed to be there and make you uncomfortable and embarrass you in front of everyone. Luckily we are leaving today and we will never return to this hotel when visiting Denver. I spoke to the manager of the hotel before leaving and she said they found homeless camping in their stairwell. I don’t believe that but if it’s true this hotel also has security issues. Overall terrible establishment.

Great place to stay. Rooms were clean, lots of restaurant options within walking distance, and the bar and food were great at the Hotel.

Nearby activities: A lot of great restaurants nearby and close to everything.
Walkability: A lot nearby
Food and drinks: Great bar and the food is decent

I was simply walking thru the lobby from the fire pit when I was questioned as if I was doing something wrong. I met a guy from South Dakota at the fire pit & he had just learned to speak again after a terrible accident in South Dakota. I forgot his name but the front desk & security said I would be trespassing if I went back on the property. I considered staying the night but was so rudely approached I didn't even have a chance. Definitely not going back.

Kinda sketchy. Lot of holes in the walls and clearly missing pictures. Huge gap under the door. My dog went nuts every time someone walked by. That wasn't fun. Genereally
low quality.

I've been staying at a Hilton across the country every week, and this is by far the worst one of them so far. First, I was told to park "Wherever" upon arrival without any notice of the garage. Second, the room I was originally given was filthy and not prepared for a new guest, and I had to settle for a different room. Third, the service knocked on my door multiple mornings in my new room, when the Do Not Disturb sign was on the door. Fourth, the day I ask for service and vacate the room for 6 hours, nothing is done in my room despite the service being done in all the surrounding rooms. Fifth, the toilet gurgles and spits up at random times.
*Update* Just one day after the original review, I can add the 5am wakeup call with the fire alarm going off, too.
I recommend choosing a different hotel, if available, and avoid this cesspool that is run so poorly that I'd have shut it down if I were the Undercover Boss.

I stayed 2 night, I love the Hiltion, In saying that I will never stay here again. over 200 a night. there is no room severs, you have to pay 12 dollers a nignt for parking, no safe in the room. toilet ran all night. I will say the bertender was amazing. Hilton you could do better

As per my previous review, they fixed my toilet and I was provided with multiple accommodations to help me recover from a medical procedure.

Noteworthy details: The pool sits by the office and breakfast eating room so the kids are consistently get in trouble & to many warnings puts family at risk of losing a room because kids are having fun where they are supposed to. It's crazy.

Perfect location for our meeting. Nice amenities nearby. Hotel staff is friendly and accommodating.
Rooms: Room was comfortable. While we were on the front of the hotel, the road noise was minimal. Only complaint is about toilet gurgling. I made mention to front desk and maintenance was in room within a few minutes. I think problem is due to negative pressure maybe in the stack.
Safety: Area seemed safe for walking and going out after dark. There's a nice walking trail near the hotel.
Walkability: Easy walking area. Nice walking trail near the hotel which connects to several areas and amenities.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Huge shower. Hotel was quiet. Checked in during night Audit. The guy working was friendly and quick. The hotel itself is quiet and clean
