I was in town for a family emergency and my sister’s car died. Zack was able to help me get a car fast and was so friendly and helpful in a very stressful time. I appreciate the kindness shown here, the car was great and ready to go.

I had an awesome experience working with Dan during my rental reservation. He was super nice and knew how to provide good customer service. After telling him what I was using the car for, he provided relevant recommendations and gave me an upgrade. He even pulled up the car for me dispite it being a small parking lot. My experience was fantastic all around and this will be the only place I rent cars from in the Denver area.

Extremely dirty carts, ghetto service and location. Rented from this place 4 times over the past 3 months and received a dirty car with trash inside while staff trying to upsell me something every single time. Avoid this place at all costs

The people working here are really slow and unprofessional. I waited 45 mins for my car to show up and it wasn't what I reserved. Don't recommend going to this one at all.

Booked a full size truck and show up to a jeep gladiator. Had 5 people that were supposed to fit with multiple bags and luggage. Escalated it and called the Denver to see if they had a larger vehicle to exchange. They said they would escalate it to the colfax manager. Never received a call. We had to unpack bags in the vehicle just to fit everyone and had two carryons on peoples laps. I wouldn’t have booked if this was the case.As for the guy at the counter…don’t know how he even has a job. The guy tries to force services on you no matter how many times you tell him no. He’s not fit for this job or any customer service job.Do not recommend to anyone

Key return box broken. Could not return car last night. 10 min late to return key this morning. Was charged an extra hour. Car was parkt at Herz.

Well, I guess we should've trusted the other low reviews.We booked our mid sized SUV in advance. When we arrived to pick up, we were told they only had a mini Cooper (lol) available but we could pay an extra $50 a day to get the Volvo. No, I won't be paying extra to upgrade from the downgrade you gave us. The guy at the front desk was EXTREMELY pushy with upgrades and selling their insurance (we have rental car insurance on our credit card. This should've been a big red flag for us.)We took photos of the vehicle before we left. Upon return, the front desk guy inspected the car and told us everything looked fine (there was absolutely no damage). He checked us out and sent the email receipt, which showed no damage or extra charges. 2 days layer, he calls to tell us he discovered a 7 inch crack on the driver's side window. This was not there when we dropped it off. There's no possible way this would have been missed at drop off inspection. Avoid this place unless you want fraudulent damage charges and not getting what you paid for.

I went in there to ask about possibly exchanging my rental. The guy took a short, unfriendly tone with me and denied my request. I asked to use the restroom before I left and he said they did not have a public restroom. I said I really have to go bad and I am a customer of yours. He said it doesn't matter, he doesn't have a public restroom and that I can leave now.

You're better off using a Lime Scooter than renting a car from here...Update 2: I went to the link that was given by the "Response from the owner" and after spending another hour of my life, I was told that they couldn't help me with any of this, and could not even provide me a receipt to show why I was double charged. I was given a number to call to help since it was with insurance. After spending a long while on hold for the insurance replacement team, I was told by that individual that they didn't deal with this either. So, they transferred me to another line. After waiting on hold for a while with that, I received a message "due to unforeseen circumstances, we cannot take your call." and then it immediately hung up. I don't even have a number to call to figure this out!!! I'll have to go through three lines again just to get back to where it hung up on me.Update: when I was finally able to turn in the car, I was told I would receive an email of the receipt. I’ve not received any emails or receipts and was charged over double what my printed form said I would be charged even though I turned the car in earlier than expected. How is this location even still open??Would definitely recommend going anywhere else. I needed a rental while my car was in the shop, and called to ask if there were any rentals I could get the following morning. The person said they had plenty and could have one ready for me if I came in the next day after 8am. I showed up around 9 and was told that no cars were available and they weren’t sure why the person the day before said there would be and not get one ready. He was very nice and apologetic and the only reason this is getting 2 stars. He rushed to get a car ready which I was grateful for, but the car was very dirty still. I was ready to return the car and was told I could drop it off on Saturday between 9am and noon. I came by at 10am and there was nobody there and no way to drop off the keys. I called multiple times and even went through customer service but was never able to speak to an actual agent. I finally called the roadside assistance line and was able to get help. I wasn’t allowed to drop it off at a different location and was told I would have to come by the next week. Very unhappy as there were issues both times I went that ended up costing me hours of time

Had to rent a car for a week and had Zach help me and was extremely friendly and professional. Turns out I had to extend my rental and called for a few questions. Zach answered and was just as helpful the second time. Would reccomend

We arrived to pick up the AWD Nissan Rogue that we had reserved on the phone with the customer service department. The man working here told us we would not get the AWD unless we paid $60 a day extra. When we questioned him, he threatened to put us on the do not rent list. He was rude and snide throughout our experience with him and refused to rent because I questioned what was going on. He called the Hertz customer service department "useless" and pursed his lips and blew out noisily when I was trying to ask why we werent getting what we reserved. In the end he walked away and I approached the female working here and she rented us the front wheel drive vehicle. However, she said we can't drop off after hours so she changed the reservation to drop off a day early and then increased our rate another $14 a day. We were stuck and they knew it and took full advantage. This was the very worst experience ever. In my opinion what they did was the worst form of bait and switch. A rental that started at $33 a day ended up costing $54 a day - almost twice what was offered with my USAA discount. I will never rent from Hertz again and I highly suggest you don't either because when something like this happens, there is no one you can talk to about it.
