This was my first time to a hand and stone location. Edgar was very polite, listened and worked on the areas that I wanted extra attention on. Because of his knowledge and attention to detail, is the reason I signed up for the membership and wanting to come back. It’s been difficult finding a massage therapist who actually focuses on what the client needs and I’m glad I was able to have Edgar work on my achy areas.

I had a massage a few months ago here that was just ok, it was at the introductory price. I got an email just today about another massage at the same introductory price. The massage was fine, it was for about 50 min. But then after the massage they didn't give me the introductory price and instead charged me full price and tried to sell me their membership. Found it very deceitful, I don't think I'll be coming back here tbh.
Update: The owner posted a reply asking me to reach out to them. I sent them an email and I have yet to hear back from them.

I go as a disabled person in a wheelchair. Edgar is my masseuse and Autumn does my facials. Edgar listens to his patients needs and Autumn is INCREDIBLY knowledgeable about face and skins needs. I took my regime to her for my makeup daily and made sure I had what I needed and now I know that I do. If relaxation is what you want, along with exquisite facial skin, this is the place to come. One more motivation for coming here, they have a theragun. Those of you that need it know how precious it is for a facility to shell out the money for this tool to relax muscles. Edgar is rare knowing how aggressive to be with it. Come into this location for overall wealth of health and being able to focus after a couple of hours being here!

One of the best spa experiences from the phone call to book with Angel, the greeting at the door from his smiling face and Hailey. They were exceptionally kind and welcoming. My massage was wonderful by Alicia! My stop by was well worth it on this work trip. Will be back if I’m ever in the downtown Denver area again! Phenomenal customer service!

After several massages at this location I finally learned that :APRIL is a masseuse that can deliver, she's very knowledgeable about the anatomy of the body and massages like a proShe honestly should be at an upscale spa with her skills.BEWARE: the masseuse KATHY was probably the worst experience I've ever hadExtremely rude and kicked me off the table after 10min because I told her I didn't want a towel under my neck(She seemed very tired and It was probably her last massage of the day) ?♀️

I booked a last minute massage here during a Family ski trip. I was having unbearable back pain and I had the best therapist who addressed my pain perfectly. She also gave me stretches to do as follow up. I feel so much better and am thankful I was able to find this appointment.

The downtown Denver location is way easier to deal with than the Cherry Creek location. Well, except for parking. But scheduling and appointment availability seems way easier at the Larimer square location than CC. High marks to Emily, the receptionist. A pleasure to speak with. Consistently good massages. I recommend going 90 min when possible.

I like this place and their services! I've had a few massages with different therapists but April hands down is awesome! Great pressure and really listened to what I said and got the job done!

I really like this location. I preferred Cherry Creek in the city for a long time but this place is closer and has excellent staff.
