Hail Medic did a fantastic job on my 2019 Lexus IS300!
At the beginning of the summer, It was dinged up pretty bad during the hail storm. My windshield was cracked. My hood, roof and trunk were dimpled. I hesitated to have it repaired until I met Matt.
In late September, I was worried it would be too late to claim, but he respectfully provided information about their process, following up with a scheduled viewing of my car’s damage. His inspection and description were detailed. I trusted his advice and advanced with repairs. They had me drop off my car the very next day and started working immediately.
Communication with GEICO and them felt relatively smooth. I used a rental car through Hertz and it worked well for me. I received updates by text messages with pictures every Tuesday and Friday for 3 weeks, until it was partially completed. I received my car back looking amazing but they informed me of a wait for a part. I had the option to continue without that repair, but I felt it was the right decision to return for their service and have it replaced.
The entire process took a little over a month for it to be complete, but I do not regret being patient for their service. I recommend Hail Medic to anyone searching for professional hail damage repairers. They were kind, considerate of my schedule, and knew what my car needed: looking like it was before that storm.

If you ever get hail damage on your vehicle, look no further! They work with all major insurance companies and will take great care of you! I worked with Josh who went above and beyond with my vehicle. My car looked like new when I got it back. Hail Medic is highly recommended!

Highly recommend. They covered my deductible and took care of my hail damage after the May 2024 hailstorm. I was able to get a windshield replaced under the same claim as well. The work done was perfect and I've seen no issues in the following months after the repair. There was an administrative issue that took place after that they were extremely helpful and willing to solve and is now no longer a concern. Only downside is how long everything took and a little bit of what I perceived to be a lack of communication, but considering how perfectly they handled everything I cannot complain.

To say satisfied feels like an understatement because i can't believe how amazing my car looks now! Back in May, my car was hit with some pretty severe hail damage, resulting in a broken mirror and horrible dents all over my car. I decided to look into Hail Medic, and I am SO glad I did. I owe many thanks to James, who was so amazing from the beginning. He helped me with getting a rental, cutting down costs as much as possible, and was so easy to communicate with. I will say it took a decent amount of time before I got my car back, but it went by quickly, and I had no concerns about my car as James gave consistent and detailed weekly updates. Thank you so much to everyone at Hail Medic for fixing the damage done to my car--it looks as good as new! And a very special thanks to James and Nick, who were so fantastic and helpful this entire time. You go above and beyond in your work! The clear protector film on the hood and fenders didn't allign perfectly, Nick told me that he wanted me to be happy, so they took off the film and reapplied a new one! I can not recommend Hail Medic enough. Thank you again!

This was such a PLEASANT, EASY Process! Casey kept US(Husband & I) informed every few days of progress for both our Chevy Colorado & Honda. Prefer the new rental company, better service! Hertz rental was provided with an easy, no hassle experience. Hail medic took care of EVERYTHING with our insurance & Casey even was kind enough to take rental back for us as he dropped off our truck. Casey is very kind, attentive and knowledgeable! They used Factory parts keeping our vehicles looking like new. They did great the first time we used them and even better the second.

James clearly explained the repair process and provided transparent pricing overviews. He even helped me save on my deductible, so I didn’t have to pay out of pocket. Absolute worst experience I have ever had as a customer. Kept my car 8 times longer than the estimate, didn’t update me one time, and never answer their phone. Voicemail is always full. I thought they stole my car.

Hail Medic made this process so easy. They came to me to look at my car and later met me at a rental place close to me to trade vehicles. It was deemed totaled by insurance but they were able to work something out with them. Casey was super friendly and communicated with me at least once a week to let me know any updates. My car looks almost brand new! Definitely recommend this place!

Update to Initial review: Not satisfied with the final result. After few car washes as the wax gets removed, the swirl and the paint marker marks was highly visible.
