That's why I opted for personal training. I've always been self-conscious about being too "slender" and wanted to put on muscle, but lacked the guidance and motivation to do so effectively.With the help of Jordan, my personal trainer, and Esther, one of the gym's owners who is also in charge of nutrition, I started my “12 week body transformation”. Jordan's backing and motivation helped me tremendously. With his custom workouts, I began to see great progress. Esther's expertise in nutrition was also a huge part in my progression. She didn't just provide me with a customized meal plan; instead, she taught me how to fuel my body in a sustainable way. And answered any questions I had along the way.With their guidance and the supportive atmosphere created by Chad and Esther, the gym's owners, I was able to not only achieve my goals but to surpass them. I was able to gain 15 pounds of lean muscle in just 12 weeks which seemed impossible for me at the start, but their support and dedication made it a reality. Chad and Esther are more than just gym owners—they are so invested in the success of each member. Their hands-on involvement and genuine care create a sense of community where everyone feels valued and encouraged. “This gym has improved my life 150%. I had been hesitant about group fitness classes and was self conscious about my body and fitness level but a friend coaxed me into going. I immidately noticed how inclusive this gym is - people at all abilities, sizes and age groups were in the class. Everyone has fun and gets an incredible work out!
Each trainer is approchable, kind and motivating - Gina and Scott put their heart into this place and it shows!

“I have been going to the HIIT classes at this gym for about 6 weeks now and the results are incredible! I actually have arm muscles now... I can lift more weight than before. The coaches really want to make sure you are doing each exercise the right way to prevent any injury. Each class is different so it's always exciting. I love the different challenges. I've belonged to a lot of gyms - January comes around I find a good deal and 2-3 months later I'm bored of it because I'm not seeing the scale drop or legit results... well here I am only 6 weeks later and I AM seeing awesome results. Give it a try! You won't regret it!”

“I decided to give F45-Cory Merrill a try and signed up for their kickstart trail month and I am blown away! I've been going for almost a month and am already seeing progress in my body definition and a little weight loss which is exactly what I was looking for! Going to the gym/lifting weights/working out in general has always been difficult for me as I never know what to do once I get to the gym. F45 makes it so easy with having the work outs created and played on a screen as you work through each pod! I also really enjoy the environment of F45 - sometimes gyms feel intimidating for me but the coaches and other classmates are supportive and encouraging - shout out to Coach Maggie and Luis!! Each day of the week the classes vary and focus on different types of work outs (HIIT, strength training, resistance training, etc) so you can chose classes that meet the needs you are wanting to work out. I also love how they are able to fit a solid workout routine in only 45 minutes! Couldn't recommend this place enough!”

Big kudos to the coach John Who conducted a really well thought out warm-up and help prepare the class for specifically the programming entailed. Both the strength piece and the metcon were challenging and “fun”. Also got great feedback which I was a fan of. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a gym or dropping it.”

“I can’t recommend this training facility enough (and I recommend it to basically everyone I meet)! You gain so much by taking classes at Fusion Combat: a helpful and kind community, dynamic workouts, comprehensive and specialized instruction, and a wealth of self-defense techniques that you can apply to real-life situations. Everyone in the community seems eager to learn and help each other grow. Jesse is an incredible coach who genuinely cares about helping students improve and remain safe in and outside of class. I was a little nervous to begin combat training classes as a woman with no experience, but it’s been one of the most empowering things I’ve done and consistently one of the best parts of my week. I just signed up for my second year and can’t wait to keep training. If you’re on the fence, definitely check it out!”

“I’m impressed with this place. It strikes a balance between accessible and challenging. I’ve only been twice so far and found it thanks to ClassPass. It’s a moment in time in life when “everything” is breaking and I decided I needed to get out of my head and end my Covid hibernation era. Class instructors help with modifications when I need them. Workouts are intense and varied. Music is fun. It is a barefoot class which to me feels more like playing in the neighborhood and less like “I’m doing this thing for 45 mins so I check an item on my to do list””
