After many years, i went back to Guiry's. OMG what a difference. All the miserable old geesers at the paint counter disappeared, probably dead. Young kids took over. Thank God no more attitude, no more misery. Kids having fun & working hard. Guiry's always has plenty of variety and good quality but i have not been there for years because i never like the service at the paint counter. Somehow, they always have guys w/attitude almost rude. Customer service is on the top of my list. Even though Benjamin Moore is one of the best quality paint, i will easily switch to a HomeDepot or Sherwin Williams store if i dont like the customer service which i did so many years ago bcuz of those lousy guys at Guiry's paint counter. It really was their loss considering that i own several rentals and constantly working on home improvements as part of my business. But now im back as long as those kids keep working there w/their fun & positive attitude. Benino & Sheemus were helping me & they r both great kids w/excellent customer service skills.

Have purchased interior paint at their Leetsdale and Parker locations numerous times, and always received great, friendly service. Never a wait, and always knowledgeable, professional responses to my questions. I was even more impressed by the gals upstairs at the Leetsdale store. As artists themselves, they went above and beyond by making great recommendations on supplies, and valuable tips on ways to save money on canvases. Very impressive.

The people I've encountered on two occasions who work in this store are very friendly, kind and helpful. I talked to Jason in the paint department on the phone today and it was uplifting to talk to someone who was genuinely interested in helping me, could communicate clearly and told me he'd get right on my order and it would be done by the time I drove to the store. Thanks for the professionalism which is getting harder to find every day.

I've been in here four separate times now trying to resolve an issue with the paint department and every time the lack of decent customer service has just been garbage. This statement applies to every employee working in the paint department. The poor attitude alone is bad enough but the unwillingness to help or offer any solutions when it's their job to do so is a joke. They can't even call to provide a follow up on an order when they promised to do so. I went here because the ratings were great but this is absolutely NOT my experience here. I had to call and track down my order and even that was a major inconvenience to the employee on the phone. My advice, don't spend your time and money here for poor customer service. It's not hard to be a decent person but it sure is for the employees here.

What's in stock is fine. Organization and assistance less so. Had it been busy, no big deal, but to ignore customers to debate various anime characters means I took most of my money elsewhere. And a return is unlikely.
