One of the easiest refi I have experienced. Jay was a delight to work w & very accessible which was a treat w limited access due to virus. Jay helped us with a refinance this time and once again made everything so easy. Being self-employed can sometimes be a bit of a challenge when it comes to getting a new mortgage or refinancing, but Jay gave me a list of what was needed at the beginning and I had plenty of time to gather everything in a timely manner. I will continue to work with Jay in the future and refer him to all of my clients as well!
