Been Living @ Griffis Belleview Station for over a year now. I love that it is quiet-unlike other areas. It's a quick 15 minute walk to the light rail, and local eateries + shops. All the amenities are great as well. They also just completed a beautiful trail behind the apartments too! I plan on moving out of state once my second lease is up, but just thinking about how it would be is kind of dreadful because Griffis has been so good to me .
My only complaints : The only service I really wish I didn't have to pay for is Fetch. I used the service for the first week I moved in, last year but quickly after some of my packages went missing on top of the Fetch facility having no concise drop off point so it was a nightmare and I stopped using Fetch immediately but it is still a service we have to pay for. I can say I've taken the risk of normally delivery and have had zero issues. I wish there was a way to opt out.
Sometimes there are sketchy people around when it gets colder, just because we are so close to the light rail so don't leave anything in your car.
Maybe if their was more of a patrol presence at night there would not be much/if any car break in's. I can say That I've been here for over a year and only seen a security car one time patrolling.

I have loved living here, I move out in July 2024. The rent was reasonable, the accommodations were always in service, and the maintenance & leasing center team were always responsive & friendly.
When I moved here back in December, I put some service requests in for maintenance I needed done and looked at. The maintenance manager (Jorge) came by my apartment to get everything looked at. Special kudos to him as he cleaned the HVAC blowers (At that point wasn't cleaned since the building was built) I think he did such a fantastic job going above and beyond for me.
Many comments on here were focused on lack of safety in the complex, I have never had an issue. During my time here I always felt my car was safe, I felt like I could safely walk from my car to my apartment at night or for a relaxing night time walk around the complex. Was not worried.
It is a shame I could not have stayed longer, I really like it here. Despite being an older complex, the value for your money and being in DTC is amazing and I would definitely come back if I had the opportunity. Thank you Griffis Team!!!!

I toured this place during my search in the DTC area- the staff were very friendly, amenities were nice, and they consistently renovate apartments to make them more modern and liveable.

I had a tour today with Dany and he was very polite and kind enough to explain all the details and answer all my questions. I really liked the community, it was really clean and I could tell they take good care of it. It was a great experience!

I have been living here just under a year and I have to say I’m surprised by some of the 1 star reviews. This has been the best management company I have ever rented from. The shared facilities are well kept and the maintenance team is incredible. We have put in a handful of maintenance requests and all have been resolved in two days or less. The second time we put in a request about our dryer they just replaced it with a new one within a week. Danny in the office is always friendly and the whole team overall delivers exceptional service.

Takes many service requests for problems to actually be addressed and fixed. I have lived here for 9 months complaining about my dryer and it still doesn’t work properly (not to mention all of the other issues I’ve had living here, that took multiple service requests to get resolved). Utilities for ONLY the common areas are close to $100 each month, and over $300 each month for a single bedroom apartment with one person. The leasing office is extremely inconsistent with following up each person will give you a different answer about the same issue. I also have had experiences with Ann, the community manager twisting my words around and hanging up on me while I have been discussing these issues with her. When I moved in I was told this place has better capacity to take care of its residents because it’s a smaller community. This has been completely untrue.

So glad I picked Griffis Belleview Apartments to live in. All staff is super pleasant, excellent communication, questions immediately answered or asap. The grounds are gorgeous and well kept. This is a place to put done roots.

They make you pay a $150 hold fee that they do not put towards your rent if you decide to rent , or return to you if you decide to not move in. Just an FYI

Almost three years here and I can honestly say that this is one of the best places I've lived in and am sadden to move out. We live in a very spacious 2bd and 2bath and surrounded by amazing neighbors (maybe we just got lucky!).The leasing staff and especially maintenance have been so friendly and responsive. I've raised a concern once and they were open and kind to my feedback.My roommate has not moved out yet, so I cannot say what the pricing will be once moved out, but I'm confident the staff will be as transparent as possible with any damages.Regarding motor vehicle break ins, I've lived in a gated community with security cameras and BPD patrolling the area. Break-ins and motor vehicle theft still occurred. I did get my license plates stolen, figures! Just make sure to lock your cars, take personal belongings out and take extra security precautions such as investing in an anti-theft steering wheel lock. Motor vehicles thefts/related crimes are, quite frankly, not rare in Colorado and especially in Denver/Metro area. There is only so much a complex can do but I think Griffis has been doing the best they can. Even before signing the lease the leasing office warned us about this issue.Overall, I cannot recommend Griffis Belleview enough

Had a wonderful 2 years living at this complex. Management was always responsive and maintenance request were always handled quickly.All the staff is pleasant to be around and enjoyed the moments I had while living here.

Lived here for 3 years and never had an issue! Great residencial team wonderful place to live. Great location, shops and restaurants a short distance walk and only 17 minutes away from Downtown Denver!
