I have continuously had problems with great western bank, now within the first week of them changing to first interstate bank, they have locked me out of my online banking because their service is awful. Now I am yet again locked out of my online banking when it is necessary for me to access it. I will be switching banks this week guaranteed 100% so please don’t waste your time.

Honestly could not be more disappointed at this bank. I was referred here by a colleague. The loan was processed not the way I wanted in the beginning. When I told the officer I worked with, I was told it would take another 3 months and start over if I were to change it. I have been trying to reach the banker Peter Martin for such a long time. I've tried email, text, voicemails. I couldn't get a timely response on anything. He was also not helpful in any way whenever I have a problem with the loan. If you have any important business, I would take it elsewhere

MONEY GRUBBING WORST BANK. BEWARE. After bringing my balance to zero and telling this unethical business to close my account they didn't close it....3 times! Then they went ahead and paid incoming auto pays (after my account was supposedly closed) and of course sent me notice that I owed for the auto pays plus overdraft charge. I demanded and was promised an email stating that my account was closed.....no email. I asked to speak to the bank people who kept paying (when I had zero balance and had supposedly closed the account) and charging me overdraft charges. I was told that they couldn't give me their phone number and that they would give them a message to call me ASAP....no call. This bank will BLEED YOU DRY without blinking an eye.

Very low energy tellers on monday morning's around 830 am avoid it if you can... it may have even been deliberate.

This is without comparison the worst hair salon I have ever been to! I cannot tell you what was the worst part of the whole experience at the MAX Salon. First off, the owner claims she has 21 years of experience, but not with color or hair cutting. She charges outrageous prices for less than mediocre service. She yanked my hair, dropped shampoo bottles on me in the sink, got dye all over my face and neck, and my hair looks worse than when I went in. My blonde highlights are nothing but BRILLIANT ORANGE. YUCK! Heard of TONER! And what kinda haircut has split ends?! Looks like I will be going to a better salon next week to correct her mess.
