This is a terrible Bank. They just robbed me of $560! Why because it was inactive and they figured they could get away with it.

My review is not about this bank specifically, but rather the branch itself. I was a 15 year partner with Great Western Bank. Which did all of my banking for my Business. As soon as it was bought out by First Interstate Bank, my accounts were locked, they were over drafted, my deposits never show on time, my Venmo, PayPal, other money service apps are all delayed. This process has continued for the last 3 months since the buy out. I will be permanently closing any accounts with this branch and I do not recommend this banking branch for anyone.

I made a boo boo with a transaction I needed stopped and Morgan was so helpful. Everyone was extremely friendly. This is why I have been a Great Western customer for life!!

Google says they are open but they aren't. Couldn't cash my check because I wasted time coming to this bank. Other branch wouldn't cash my payroll check so I had to have my company call them and take a day off of work. Overall bad bank. And closing a business that has MY money because you're scared of something is so unAmerican you should just close down

Aaron Killpack, the branch manager @ LODO saved my heart a lot of stress after I had accidentally overdrew one of my accounts substantially. Although it was all my fault and I paid a couple of fees, Aaron made it very easy to do it gratefully rather than painfully. He took the time to call another branch and help us both understand what exactly went wrong and where. Walking in, I had every intention of closing my account after about 10 years of being with the bank. Instead, I walked out proud of humanity and their refreshing graciousness for each other. YES- IT STILL EXISTS! Thanks again for taking extra time to help me Aaron!
