Though the women there were nice I originally went To just get an inch trimmed off and have my hair layered my hair length was to my shoulders but by the end of it my hair no longer goes past my ear.
Requested style: Relayer and trim my existing wolf cut.

The worst hair cut of my life, I would do a better job cutting my own hair. She treated me like a lawn. Moving that trimmer up and down 30 time at the same position, did not use scissors at all to level my hair in front
When I asked her to fade the sides, she said she was on it and did nothing but trim it in size 2.
Don’t waste your time with these unprofessional, or atleast that’s my opinion

Even after explaining how i wanted my hair cut to be also explaining them the proper length they never follow . Their customer service is way to rude and get angry when you let them know they are not following the lengths you have explained.
Requested style: If you want a custom haircut then this is not the place you want to go

Lost us as customers. Came in 1/2 hour before closing and refused us service. Manager also followed us out telling us we should have done everything online. Will be going somewhere who wants customers.

Horrible customer service. Avoid this location. The other locations are much better with way more friendly staff. From what I saw today, this location needs a staffing makeover.

If you have small children DO NOT COME HERE!I always get my kids cuts at great clips. It’s not that expensive and the kids hair grows so fast it’s fine if it’s not salon quality hair cut. I came to this great clips because it was near my errands today. My son who just turned 3 needed a haircut. He’s boisterous doesn’t listen very well during stressful activities and for some reason doesn’t like haircuts. I was standing probably two yards from the chair he was getting cut in and the lady said I needed to sit in the chairs and wait for him. I told her hes very small so I will stand near so he doesn’t have a tantrum she said it didn’t matter they won’t let me be next to him. I told them then we will go to our regular great clips where they are understanding of small children and they would not take his smock off insisting I just need to sit I had to ask two more times and then start to take the smock off myself before they would let him out of the chair.If you have small children DO NOT COME HERE!

Brought a 3 year old to get a hair cut. The individuals working here insisted that his mom can’t stand near him while getting a haircut and gave an attitude about it. Bad customer service here given by some low life mfs. Avoid this location. Other locations have much better staff with much better customer service.

I’ve clearly shown few pictures of mine and informed the lengths i needed but it still this lady messed up my hair. They don’t do beard trims too, what kind of hair saloon doesn’t do beard trims?On that I didn’t wanted to tip and they say that’s rude. Dude you tip when you like the work, putting that beside I did pay 30$ for a nasty haircut and you want me to tip too! bruh…
