Checked in online and headed to Great Clips when my wait time was approximately 15 minutes. When I got in there were three people waiting to get their haircut and a hairstylist who was already helping a fourth. Initially, I was a little peeved that my wait time was longer than expected, but my wait time, once there was maybe 25 minutes—which in the grand scheme of things isn’t too bad. I believe the hairstylist’s name was Erica and she was kind and direct, something I appreciate. It was obvious she was doing the best she could being the only stylist in the building. I was a little nervous that I was going to get a rushed job because the haircuts before and after mine were all men’s or children’s, so I was going to take more time and more people were showing up. I have long hair and wanted a shampoo. Despite having a waitlist constantly growing, she took the time to ask me what I wanted and cut my hair accordingly in a way that I’m very pleased with. I know that in the 45 minutes I was there, two people came in having checked in online and then left within 10 minutes. I hope they don’t reflect poorly on Erica. I know they, like me, were hoping to get in and out in a quick amount of time, but when a salon is down a stylist and there’s only one person working, you’ve got to show a little grace.

Checked in and waited. For 20 min I could see on the computer that I was next and the hairdresser who has always been super rude. Didn't check the computer or even bother seeing who was next. Called and put 2 more people in the chair ahead of me. What's the point of having an online check in if the hairstylist won't honer it. Thanks great clips you've officially lost my business

The absolute worst cut ever. I look 'STUPID' now.
I told her what I wanted. She knew I wanted to look good before chemo. She ignored me completely.
I had to go back for repairs, ...BIG mistake!
She, and her coworker, made it even worse.
What took me 8 years to grow, will take 10 years to get back. I don't have anywhere near that kind of time.
She knew of my medical situation,
....AND SHE JUST DIDN'T CARE.
Requested style: all I wanted was my ears and sideburns cleaned up and trim the few longer than other hairs.
Now, my temples have 1inch to 5inch length hairs.
I LOOK STUPID!

Easy to get in and out, my stylist usually sees me 3-6 weeks for trims! I love my length and she understands how much I appreciate her understanding how I only need a trim and nothing more than centimeters to an inch or less cut off.

Here is the thing; If the older woman at GC is going to charge me $24 for a haircut and expect a $5 tip, she should realize that after cutting hair for 35 years that many people have to work after their haircut. Why then, would she allow anyone to leave her shop with cut hair all over their face, in their ears or on their clothing? Also, is it too much to expect her to cut around the ears? To square off sideburns? To take pride in her work...?!

I had my worst haircut ever here from a condescending stylist who refused to listen. It sounds like there are many others who had the same experience. I had another girl here who was fine, but I think she is now gone. Bottom line: listen to your gut, like I wish I had done. I was ready to walk out, but felt that would be rude. Instead, I ended up with a messy, butchered cut. Who is ruder, the person who walks or the condescending stylist who won't listen? Be on the safe side; avoid this place at all costs.

Walked in to a slow start which is always great as I was getting my hair cut as soon as I walked in the lady cutting my hair was a great conservationist and did a great job cutting my hair.

Great hair cut! Loved that the hair dresser who got me recognized her strengths and recommended I wait for the next available stylist to get the best results for what I agreed for. An insane amount of compliments on the cut over the last few days.
