I was running late oh, because I was held up at the previous location where I had to unload. Grand Warehouse was kind enough to wait for me. It is kind of close quarters backing into the docks but it can be done. Treat them with respect and you will receive the same.

The staff is friendly and I feel the forklift bumping around in back soon as I got docked, nothing to complain about here for an unload. Only two trucks here so the backing was easy. If you had to dock next to another truck it could be a special slice of hell but I'd just ask them to unhook to get more room. Parking on the street however is full up with trashy campers and trucks doing 10s.

This is close to the kw dealership a lot of homeless people broke down vehicles park off side the street check in was easy grab the phone number and call him I called and they told me to stay on the street all the dock look full

It took me nine hours to get unloaded so I missed my 8am appointment so here I sit waiting for them to have a open dock two and a half hours so far.I just walked around there were 3 docks open, guess I'm on STEPCHILD Status

They unload in a timely fashion. They have great staff. Not once have any staff member been rude. Great people to work with.
