This place is not worth your time
Not only is their set up dumb but their customer service sucks and their work is even worse
Took my Kia to them for them to take it back give it back and the guy arrogantly said break like won't be on till car is off now here we are next morning and guess what's on while I'm in p
They messed my car up after a recall fix and won't fix their mess up. I do not recommend this location.

We had a great experience buying our new Kia Sportage from Grand Kia. The process was easy.and seamless. The internet sales team, Patrick and his assistant Richie, did a great job of making us feel welcome and respected. Patrick was very knowledgeable and he was a terrific teacher about the car's many features. Bob the finance man was exceptionally easy to work with. I've never had such an easy car buying process.

Sterling, my salesperson, was great. Friendly, clear, prompt communication and the sales process went smoothly. No pressure. I wasn't familiar with most of the electronic features the car comes with. And, frankly, I'm generally a bit overwhelmed with it all. He got phone synced to the system and explained the features in a way that I could easily absorb. The process with the financial manager also was friendly, smooth and with no pressure. I'm quite pleased.

I bought a car here on Monday and had an amazing experience! I had contacted Grand Kia on the weekend to schedule a test drive, and even though they are closed on Sunday, Patrick made sure to contact me and get me an appointment. As soon as I got to the dealership, Patrick was welcoming and friendly. I had left to go look at other cars, but ultimately ended up coming back to Grand Kia. Patrick was amazing throughout the entire sale! He had to leave towards the end, and Angel filled in. Angel was also very friendly, professional, and made sure the process finished smoothly. Angel even washed my car and made sure it was ready for me to take it home. :) If you're looking for a new car, I highly recommend Patrick and Angel!!

Idc if you buy new or used make sure you have the correct screws and or license plate cover. They just threw one screw on the back plate of mine and a few days later it was hanging. Asked for them to address it! The salesman couldn’t find anything and the actual bracket cost $50. Lastly the car I bought had chocolate and other stains on the leather that were supposed to be cleaned by their detailer but I had to do most of it myself. Bottom line is make sure they are going to do as they say they will.

I had a wonderful experience with Cristina as my sales associate at Grand Kia. The whole gang in Thornton was kind and helpful. I am not one for impulse buys, I have to think about things, and I appreciate that I was not pushed into making a decision. I came back today and they helped me out with a better interest rate and the payment structure I requested. Really appreciated the experience of this Dealership, highly recommend checking them out.
